A wireless electric power receiver for receiving wireless electric power from a wireless electric transmitter is provided. The wireless electric power receiver includes an electric power receiving unit that receives wireless electric power from the wireless electric power transmitter; a rectifying unit that rectifies wireless electric power in the form of alternating current output from the wireless electric power receiving unit and outputs rectified electric power; and an electric power regulation unit that receives an input of the rectified electric power, outputs first electric power which has a lower value of a first voltage than that of the rectified electric power for a first period, and does not output electric power for a second period, so as to output electric power with a predetermined voltage value.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for improving a mobile problem caused by a narrow handover region in a boundary region between virtual cells constructed by a plurality of small base stations are provided. A plurality of Virtual Cells (VCs) include a plurality of Distributed Base Stations (DBSs) whose VCs cooperatively communicate with each other. An Intermediate Distributed Base Station (I-DBS) is located in a region where adjacent at least two VCs among the plurality of VCs are superimposed, and belongs to a different VC according to a time division scheme.

A method of medical image registration includes obtaining a first medical image generated before a medical surgery; obtaining a second medical image generated in real time during the medical surgery; extracting landmark points of at least two adjacent anatomical objects recognizable in the second medical image among a plurality of anatomical objects near an organ of interest of a patient from the first medical image and the second medical image; and registering the first medical image and the second medical image based on a geometrical correlation among the adjacent anatomical objects indicated by the landmark points of the first medical image and a geometrical correlation among the adjacent anatomical objects indicated by the landmark points of the second medical image.
Abstract:
A memory controller controls operation of a nonvolatile memory device comprising a memory area comprising a plurality of multi-level cells (MLCs). The memory controller receives an address of the memory area and data to be programmed to the memory area, analyzes access history information regarding the memory area based on the address, generates first mapping data corresponding to the data or second mapping data based on the data and previous mapping data that has been programmed to the MLCs according to a result of the analysis, and transmits a program command comprising one of the first mapping data and the second mapping data to the nonvolatile memory device.

Provided is a method and system for browsing Internet of Things (IoT) so as to browse resource-limited things with rich UI. The method includes; at a user terminal, recognizing tag information attached to an intelligent thing and confirming an address of a things domain corresponding to the tag information via a dynamic domain name system (DDNS) server; accessing the intelligent thing based on the address of the things domain and acquiring a default web page; at the user terminal, accessing a fixed content provision server and receiving fixed content of the default web page; and, at the user terminal, acquiring dynamic content to be displayed on a web page via the intelligent thing.

A condensing-type portable fluorescence detection system which detects antigens using fluorescence includes: a light source generating light to excite a fluorescent substance; a first filter selecting a proper wavelength range from the light generated from the light source; a spherical mirror including two hemispherical mirrors having different curvature radiuses and connected to each other, and condensing the light excited and emitted from the light source; a second filter selecting a proper wavelength range of the light condensed by the spherical mirror; and a photodetector detecting fluorescence from the light condensed by the spherical mirror and passing through the second filter.

Abstract:
A method for operating a base station in a wireless communication system is provided. In the method, feedback is received from at least one terminal. When the base station configures terminal allocation information, a terminal that the base station is to service is determined based on information included in the feedback. A combination of base stations allowing the determined terminal to obtain maximal performance is determined with consideration of the information included in the feedback and a gain of cooperation between base stations.
