摘要: An arrangement including a gear pump (1), comprising a pump housing (10), two meshing gear wheels (11, 12) contained in the pump housing (10) and two shafts (2, 3) which are operatively connected to the gear wheels (11, 12) and extend through the pump housing (10), is disclosed wherein the two shafts (2, 3) are each operatively connected to respective drive units (7, 8). The arrangement includes a coupling unit (22) for compensation of eccentricities between the drive unit (7, 8) and the respective shaft (2, 3) is arranged between each gear wheel (11, 12) and drive unit (7, 8) and that a rotary encoder/sensor unit (24, 25) is arranged between the center of the gear wheel and the center of the respective drive.

摘要: A roots-type fluid machine including a set of rotors and a rotor housing is disclosed. The rotor housing accommodates the rotors and has a suction space. The set of rotors mesh with each other and rotate in the rotor housing so that fluid is drawn into the suction space and discharged from the rotor housing. Each of the set of rotors includes a tooth having a twisted portion and a different shape variation portion. The twisted portion has a twist angle that changes linearly or non-linearly about a rotation axis of the corresponding rotor with respect to the variation of the position in the direction of the axis. The different shape variation portion has a twisted angle that changes by a smaller degree than the variation of the twist angle of the twisted portion.

摘要: A mechanical vacuum pump having mounted in each of at least three pumping chambers a pair of intermeshing rotors. A first rotor of each pair being mounted for rotation on a first shaft passing through the chambers and a second rotor of each pair being mounted for rotation on a second shaft passing through the chambers. The first and second shafts are driven in contra-rotating directions to effect a sequential pumping action by the pairs of rotors in each chamber in respect of gas being pumped between a pump inlet and a pump outlet. The pump possesses at least one chamber with claw-type profile rotors and one ore more chambers with roots-type profile rotors. The chamber nearest the pump outlet has a rotor with a roots-type profile.

摘要: A mechanical vacuum pump is provided with a pair of cooperating rotors mounted on rotatable shafts within a pumping chamber. Each of the pair of cooperating rotors has a claw profile that terminates in a leading edge shaped to present an angle of no greater than 90 degrees relative to the wall of the pumping chamber. The leading edge shaped in such manner helps to prevent contaminant buildup on the wall of the pumping chamber.

摘要: A rotor assembly for a screw pump has a light alloy rotor main body having an axially extending central bore. A steel shaft is press-fitted into the central bore. A diametrically extending fixing pin is press-fitted through the rotor main body and the shaft. Friction forces between the rotor main body and the shaft are arranged to be larger on a discharge side of the rotor assembly than on a suction side thereof. The fixing pin is disposed at substantially a central position of entire friction forces in terms of their directions and magnitudes.

摘要: A compressor-pump apparatus utilizing a cam gear 13 with a plurality of teeth 14 and a roller gear 21 with a plurality of rotatable rollers 10, with the gears being in mechanical communication is disclosed. A housing 18 having an inlet port 19 and an outlet port 20 and an interior wall 18C which substantially encloses the cam gear 13 and the roller gear 21. Upon rotation of the roller gear, each roller sequentially rollingly contacts the housing to thereby trap at least a portion of fluid present in the inlet port 19 in a pocket 12 which is formed between adjacent rollers 10B and a portion 18B of the interior wall 18C of the housing 18 between adjacent rollers 10B. Upon rotation of the cam gear each tooth sequentially proximately contacts the interior wall 18C of the housing 18 thereby trapping at least a portion of fluid present in the inlet port 19 in a chamber 26 formed between adjacent gear teeth 14B and a portion 18A of the internal wall 18C of the housing 18 in proximate contact with adjacent gear teeth 14B. Upon further rotation of the cam gear and the roller gear, the trapped fluid in the pocket 12 and the chamber 26 is transported to the outlet port 20 to enable pressurized fluid flow from the inlet port 19 to the outlet port 20. Preferably, grooves 22, 23 are formed on the cam-gear surface to enable fluid communication between a housing interior and a cavity 30 formed during meshing of adjacent rollers 10B with one of teeth of the cam gear 13.
