摘要: In a power conversion device, a voltage at an input/output terminal of a primary-side circuit is divided by a first capacitor and a second capacitor, and a center tap provided to the primary winding of a transformer is connected to a node between the first capacitor and the second capacitor. With this, an intermediate voltage can be output. Further, transmission power can be controlled under a state where a voltage at the first capacitor and a voltage at the second capacitor are balanced, through adjustment of switching phases of a first full bridge circuit that is the primary-side circuit and a second full bridge circuit that is a secondary-side circuit.

摘要: A plurality of semiconductor elements and a control circuit unit are provided. The plurality of semiconductor elements which are connected in parallel are configured to perform switching at the same time. The control circuit unit includes a drive circuit connected to the plurality of semiconductor elements which perform operation at the same time, control wirings and reference wirings. The control wirings connect control electrodes of the semiconductor elements to the drive circuit. The reference wirings connect reference electrodes of the semiconductor elements to the drive circuit. A parasitic inductance in the reference wiring is made smaller than a parasitic inductance in the control wiring.

摘要: A gate drive circuit to prevent a false turn-on phenomenon includes a first, second, third and fourth switching element, and a capacitor. A source of the first switching element is connected to a first voltage, and a drain of the same is connected to the main switching element's gate electrode. A source of the second switching element is connected to a second voltage, and a drain of the same is connected to the gate electrode. A source of the third switching element is connected to the first voltage, and a drain of the same is connected to a first electrode of the capacitor. A source of the fourth switching element is connected to the second voltage, and a drain of the same is connected to the first electrode and to the drain of the third switching element. A second electrode of the capacitor is connected to the gate electrode.

摘要: A wireless power transmitter circuit includes a power converter circuit, a power inverter circuit, an LC circuit, a resonant transmitter circuit, and a control circuit. The LC circuit includes an inductor and a capacitor, wherein an reactance of the LC circuit is substantially zero. The LC circuit is for converting the AC output current to a coil current. The resonant transmitter circuit includes at least one transmitter coil and a variable capacitor circuit, wherein the coil current flows through the at least one transmitter coil to generate a resonant wireless power. The control circuit generates a capacitance adjustment signal for adjusting an impedance of the variable capacitor circuit, such that the resonant transmitter circuit substantially operates in an impedance matched condition.

At least one of the freewheeling current paths is a maximum path having a maximum impedance among the freewheeling current paths. A voltage drop across the freewheeling diode included in the maximum path is less than a voltage drop across each of the other freewheeling diodes when a freewheeling current flows through each of the plurality of freewheeling diodes.

摘要: An electrical power conversion apparatus includes a high-voltage bus bar, a low-voltage bus bar, and a relay bus bar which are integrated together in the form of a bus bar assembly. The high-voltage bus bar includes semiconductor-side high-voltage terminals and capacitor-side high-voltage terminals. The low-voltage bus bar includes semiconductor-side low-voltage terminals and capacitor-side low-voltage terminals. The relay bus bar includes a reactor-side relay terminal and a capacitor-side relay terminal 532. The capacitor-side high-voltage terminals, the capacitor-side low-voltage terminals, and the capacitor-side relay terminal are arranged in the form of a terminal array. The capacitor-side high-voltage terminals and the capacitor-side low-voltage terminals are arranged adjacent each other. The capacitor-side relay terminal is located at an end of an array of the capacitor-side high-voltage terminals and the capacitor-side low-voltage terminals. With these arrangements, the electrical power conversion apparatus is capable of reducing the inductance and facilitating the assembling and downsizing thereof.

The reactors are disposed in the case so as not to overlap with the stacked unit as viewed from the stacking direction.

摘要: A fault tolerant inverter or controlled rectifier system includes a first leg having at least one switch device, a spare leg having at least one spare switch device, a spare leg connect switch associated with the spare leg and the first leg, a fault detection sub-system for detecting a fault in the first leg and outputting a signal on detection of a fault in the first leg, and a leg selection control sub-system that receives the signal output by the fault detection sub-system and controls the operation of the spare leg connect switch in accordance with the output signal, such that on detection of a fault the spare leg may be activated to take over the operation of the first leg.
