    摘要: A constant flow concrete pump having a number of hydraulically actuated concrete pump assemblies connected to inlet openings in one wall of a semi-fluid concrete hopper which has a single discharge opening in the opposite wall, and a valve mounted in the hopper and having an inlet of sufficient length to encompass at least two of the inlet openings in the hopper wall, relative movement is provided between the valves and inlet openings to provide constant flow of concrete through the hopper. The valve can be fixed, oscillated or rotated.

    摘要: In a liquid supply apparatus, plungers which respectively expand and contract pump chambers are reciprocated linearly in an axial direction with their phases shifted to each other, thereby continuously discharging liquid. In a pump block, drive rods are mounted so as to be reciprocatable in an axial direction. At a center in an axial direction of shafts attached to the drive rods, drive rollers are mounted, and rollers are mounted at both ends of the shafts. Guide grooves which support the guide rollers are formed in guide blocks.

    摘要: A vibration isolation system includes a vibration isolator configured to flow a fluid. A fluid pumping system is connected to the vibration isolator. The fluid pumping system includes a fluid flow pathway configured to flow the fluid to the vibration isolator. The fluid pumping system includes a piston assembly positioned in the fluid flow pathway. The piston assembly includes a first piston and a second piston configured to displace the fluid in opposite directions through the fluid flow pathway. The vibration isolation system includes a fluid flow augmentation system, which includes an eccentric member positioned between the first piston and the second piston. The fluid flow augmentation system is configured to control a flow of the fluid to the vibration isolator through the fluid flow pathway by controlling a displacement of the first piston and the second piston through at least a partial rotation of the eccentric member.

A pump system configured in accordance with a particular embodiment includes four reciprocating members operably coupled to a crankshaft at 90 degree phase angles. The reciprocating members can include plungers operably disposed in corresponding cylinders and configured to compress fluid (e.g., water) in the cylinders to pressures suitable for waterjet processing, such as pressures exceeding 30,000 psi.
