    摘要: A pressure-maintaining valve arrangement of a purge circuit of a closed hydraulic circuit includes a pressure-maintaining valve configured to be shut off via a pilot valve. In one embodiment, a control pressure chamber, acting in the closing direction, of the pressure-maintaining valve is configured to be relieved via the pilot valve to a tank, and the pressure-maintaining valve is closed via a spring acting in the closing direction. In another embodiment, the valve arrangement includes an additional control pressure chamber acting in the closing direction. The additional control pressure chamber is configured to be loaded via the pilot valve, and the pressure-maintaining valve closes. The pressure of the inlet of the pressure-maintaining valve is used for this purpose.

    摘要: A hydraulic piston pump includes a reciprocal piston disposed in a blind housing bore of a piston housing to generate a pumping action. To accommodate the piston, a piston cartridge is installed in each of the housing bores. The piston cartridge includes a piston sleeve having an inner sleeve periphery, a first outer sleeve periphery, and a second outer sleeve periphery. The inner sleeve periphery is configured to establish sliding contact with the piston. The first outer sleeve periphery has a first outer sleeve diameter that is larger than a second outer sleeve diameter of the second outer sleeve periphery. To seal against the blind housing bore, a liner cap having a cylindrical liner wall and an axial liner cover is disposed over the first outer sleeve periphery. The axial liner cover abuts a housing bore ceiling of the blind housing bore and can receive hydraulic fluid there through.

The pump receives a pressurized fluid at an inlet, and returns fluid through a drain outlet. A hydraulic distributor operates to fluidly connect the head end of an extending piston to the pressurized fluid, and the rod end of the extending piston to the drain outlet. The hydraulic distributor further connects the rod-end of a retracting piston to the drain outlet, and the rod-end of one or more retracting pistons to the drain or to a return pressure, which is lower than an extending pressure.

    摘要: The present invention includes: first and second tanks and each configured to store a fluid containing fine powder; a communication pipe through which the first and second tanks and communicate with each other; and a transfer portion configured to transfer the fluid stored in a desired one of the first and second tanks to the other tank. Each of the tanks and includes a first chamber and a second chamber that are separated by a deformable dividing wall. Each of the first chambers stores an incompressible fluid, and each of the second chambers stores the fluid having higher specific gravity and viscosity than the incompressible fluid. The second chambers of the first and second tanks communicate with each other through the communication pipe. When the incompressible fluid is supplied to the desired first chamber, the transfer portion can discharge the incompressible fluid from the other first chamber.

The invention distinguishes itself by a circuit arrangement (19) that can be connected to an alternating current source having two parallel electric branches that are connected to the field coils (L1, L2) of one of the oscillating pumps (2, 3) respectively, wherein the circuit arrangement (19) is equipped in such a way that the field coils (10, L1, L2) are operated electrically out of phase so that the oscillating piston pumps (2, 3) are operated with a phase displacement of 180°. The invention further relates to a method for operating the pumping system electrically, and a circuit configuration for the pumping system and accordingly, for executing the method.
