Abstract: In some implementations, a non-terrestrial network (NTN) platform may transmit radio frequency (RF) signals toward earth, the RF signals comprising an orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) waveform with a plurality of symbols including a JCS symbol and one or more non-JCS symbols, wherein: the RF signals are incident on an area of the earth defining a footprint, and a duration of a cyclic prefix (CP) of the JCS symbol is a function of a width of the footprint. The NTN platform may receive, at the NTN platform, one or more reflections of the JCS symbol.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station over a set of component carriers according to a carrier aggregation configuration. In some cases, the UE may receive an indication of one or more groups of units, where each group may include one or more component carriers and/or one or more time intervals of each component carrier. The UE may receive downlink control information (DCI) including one or more fields that are common to a group of units that may schedule a set of data transmissions over the one or more groups of units such that the single DCI may schedule multiple component carriers (e.g., two or more) over one or more time intervals. The UE may transmit or receive the set of data transmissions (e.g., uplink or downlink data transmissions) over the scheduled units based on receiving the DCI.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit multiple repetitions of a paging early indication (PEI) signal to a user equipment (UE) to indicate that the UE is to receive paging signaling in a paging occasion. In some cases, a PEI occasion for transmitting a PEI repetition may have a scheduling conflict. For example, a PEI occasion may collide with other downlink signaling. A UE may implement techniques to resolve scheduling conflicts or collisions for PEI repetitions. For example, the UE may be configured to receive either colliding PEI signaling or colliding downlink signaling based on priorities of the signaling. Additionally, or alternatively, PEI signaling may be shifted (e.g., delayed) until after the downlink signaling ends. In some cases, a UE may be configured with a subset of blind decoding hypotheses for PEI decoding.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support inter-slot bundling and frequency hopping. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a first base station may receive, from one or more aggressor base stations, a first set of reference signals associated with cross-link interference (CLI) channel measurements. The first base station may identify the second base station based on receiving a second set of reference signals from each aggressor base station from the set, where each aggressor base station transmits downlink signals that interfere with uplink signals at the first base station. The first base station may measure the first set of reference signals to obtain a CLI channel measurement and transmit a measurement report indicating the CLI channel measurements. In some examples, the first base station, the second base station, or both may perform one or more CLI mitigation procedures based on the CLI channel measurements.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a hybrid scheduling configuration that includes a dynamic scheduling indication, a preconfiguration including initial scheduling parameters, and a set of preconfigured occasions for communicating data with a base station. The UE may monitor for the dynamic scheduling indication based on the initial scheduling parameters and the set of the preconfigured occasions. For instance, the UE may monitor for the dynamic scheduling indication during periodic occasions, monitor for the dynamic scheduling indication using a different periodicity, or monitor based on a time interval (e.g., a slot) during which both the preconfigured occasion and the dynamic scheduling indication occur. In any case, the UE may communicate with the base station after receiving the dynamic scheduling indication, where data may be transmitted to, or received from, the base station in accordance with the hybrid scheduling configuration.

Abstract: Systems and methods configured to provide size matching of downlink control information (DCI) formats to restrict a number of DCI format sizes for a set of DCI formats for concurrent use are described. In accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure, size matching at least two DCI formats of a set of DCI formats to restrict a number of DCI format sizes for the set of DCI formats for concurrent use is implemented. Restrictions with respect to the number of DCI format sizes for the set of DCI formats may correspond both to a first number of DCI sizes parameter based on a total number of DCI format sizes per wireless communication slot, and to a second number of DCI sizes parameter based on a total number of DCI format sizes for DCI formats used to carry DCI payload encoded using an identifier per wireless communication slot.
