In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a frequency offset of a helper tone associated with a data communication, the helper tone associated with assisting the UE to filter one or more of noise or interference from data signaling associated with the data communication.     Abstract: Disclosed are package devices that include interconnects on first and second surfaces of a package substrate. The interconnects on the first surface of the package substrate are configured to carry general purpose input-output (GPIO) and miscellaneous IO signals. The interconnects on the second surface of the package substrate are configured to carry high speed input-output (HSIO) signals-signals whose speeds are above some minimum speed threshold. In this way, the package form can be reduced while still allowing for increased number of IO signals to be delivered.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. The techniques described herein relate to beam sweeping to improve the range of wireless power transfer. An energy harvesting user equipment (UE) receives, from a network entity, an indication of a set of time resources associated with a beam sweeping transmission (e.g., polling operation) by the network entity and one or more frequency shifts associated with backscattering the beam sweeping transmission. The UE receives the beam sweeping transmission from the network entity in accordance with the set of time resources. The UE transmits a backscattered signal based on the beam sweeping transmission and the one or more frequency shifts. The UE receives, from the network entity, a beamformed power signal in accordance with transmitting the backscattered signal. The UE stores energy for powering the UE based on the beamformed power signal.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless node (e.g., which may be a programmable logic controller (PLC), a central node, a sidelink user equipment (UE), or the like) may communicate with a base station via a first wireless communication link and with another UE (e.g., a sensor/actuator (S/A), a child node, another sidelink UE, or the like) via a second wireless communications link. The wireless node may receive, from the base station via the first wireless communication link, a grant of resources associated with the second wireless communication link, where the grant of resources is encoded with a shared radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) that is shared by both the wireless node and the UE. The wireless node may determine, based at least in part on the shared RNTI, that the grant of resources is for the UE, and forward the grant to the UE.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a wireless node establishes sidelink connections with a set of UEs. The wireless node transmits, to a network component, a request for sidelink resources for a sidelink position estimation procedure associated with the set of UEs. The network component determines an available sidelink resource pool for the sidelink position estimation procedure in response to the request.
