Abstract: When a UE that has joined a first multicast/broadcast service and is in a radio resource control inactive state determines that an access network device changes to a first access network device, or when a terminal device determines that a cell changes to a cell of the first access network device, the terminal device may send at least one of a first message, a second message, a third message, a ninth message, or a tenth message to the first access network device. Correspondingly, the first access network device may learn, based on at least one of the first message, the second message, the third message, the ninth message, or the tenth message, that the terminal device moves to a coverage area of the first access network device to receive the first multicast/broadcast service.

Abstract: A computing aware-session management method includes sending, by a second computing aware-user plane function, computing service information to a first computing aware-user plane function. Abstract: An antenna has an exciting element disposed above a ground plane of an electronic device. Power fed to the exciting element excites the ground plane to generate radiation. In this way, radiation capability of the ground plane is not affected by clearance between a display screen and the ground plane, and the antenna is applicable to an electronic device with limited antenna space. In addition, the ground plane serves as a radiation aperture of the electronic device.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to intent execution methods and apparatus. In one example method, an element management system (EMS) receives a first intent from a network management system (NMS). The first intent indicates the EMS to execute a first command on a first network element and execute a second command on a second network element, a second intent in an active state is maintained in the EMS, the second intent indicates the EMS to execute a third command on the first network element, and the first command and the third command are mutually exclusive. The EMS receives a first parameter and conflict policy information. The EMS determines whether to execute the second command on the second network element, and executes the first command or the third command on the first network element based on the conflict policy information.
