摘要： A semiconductor processing chamber having a plurality of ribs on an exterior surface of the chamber is provided. The ribs are positioned relative to the chamber such that shadows cast into the chamber by the ribs are offset from one another, thus more uniformly distributing radiant energy entering the chamber. In one embodiment, the ribs are positioned on the exterior surface of the chamber so that they have dissimilar radial distances from a center of the chamber. When a substrate rotates within the chamber, shadows produced by the ribs on a first side of the chamber fall substantially between secondary shadows produced by the ribs on a second side of the chamber. Likewise, shadows produced by the ribs on the second side of the chamber fall substantially between the secondary shadows produced by the ribs on the first side of the chamber.

摘要： A liner for a lateral pipe which leads into a main pipe having at one end a collar for installation at the location where the lateral liner meets the main, the collar extending along the interior of the main seating against the opening of the lateral. The liner mounted in a launching device is installed by everting the liner through an opening in the collar by means of fluid under pressure supplied through a pressure pipe in the launching device, the launcher held in position by an inflatable bladder which is inflated by said fluid, and against the collar for sealing the lateral/main pipe junction.

摘要： The invention provides that a flexible liner is everted into a passageway to line same using liquid under pressure. The liner is fed through an enclosure before it everts and eversion is achieved by pressurization of the liquid in the enclosure. The feed of the liner through the enclosure is preferably controlled by the drivable feed rollers through a nip of which the liner passes. The rollers preferably have projections which engage the liner positively to engage the liner. The invention has particular applicability to the placement of liners which although flexible and evertible when being installed, set hard when in position lining the passageway.
