摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for repairing a partially collapsed pipe. The method comprises fitting a mesh stent around the outside of an actuation assembly of a pipe repair apparatus, and positioning the pipe repair apparatus within a portion of the pipe, at least a part of the portion of the pipe being partially collapsed. The method also comprises causing actuation between a retracted configuration and an extended configuration such that the partially collapsed part of the pipe changes from a partially collapsed form towards a non-collapsed form. The method also comprises removing the pipe repair apparatus from the pipe and leaving the mesh stent in the portion of the pipe.

摘要: A system and method for reducing the amount of infiltrate entering a sewer system is provided. The system generally comprises a locking sleeve, hydrophilic gasket, and a locking mechanism, wherein a lateral porthole of said locking sleeve is surrounded by said hydrophilic gasket. The system is preferably installed at a lateral line connection point, wherein a hydrophilic gasket located around the lateral porthole creates the water barrier that prevents infiltrate from entering a newly refurbished host pipe through the hole cut to reestablish flow from the lateral line to the host pipe at the lateral line connection point.

摘要: Methods and systems for treating emissions during a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) closed molding process in which a resin-impregnated fibrous material is placed within an existing fluid conduit and cured in situ to seal an opening in the conduit. Such a method includes capturing multi-phase emissions released by a resin-impregnated fibrous material during curing thereof in a CIPP process, accumulating the multi-phase emissions, condensing at least a water portion of the multi-phase emissions, and treating vapor constituents of the multi-phase emissions.

摘要: A plastic article useful as a riser assembly for a septic tank or as part of another structure is comprised of a multiplicity of identical shape conical wall plastic risers. The risers are attached to each other at joints by tabs which engage rim segments; each end of the riser has alternating tabs and rim segments. A riser assembly wall undulates in the lengthwise direction. The risers nest within each other for shipment or storage.

摘要: This invention relates to a disposable sewer hose liner that may be used to line the inside of a sewer hose for recreational vehicles, trailers, and mobile homes. The disposable sewer hose liner provides a more sanitary method of disposing sewage and waste water from an RV, trailer, or mobile home and reduces the odor emanating from a sewer hose, the amount of cleaning necessary, and the amount of bacteria or waste that a user comes in contact with when interacting with a sewer hose.

摘要: Adjustable fixtures for buried tubulars, forming tools for defining a hole in the adjustable fixtures, and/or methods of manufacturing the adjustable fixtures. The adjustable fixtures include a fixture body and a plurality of spaced-apart holes extending between an upper surface of the fixture body and a lower surface of the fixture body. The adjustable fixtures also include a plurality of jack-screw-accepting threaded regions that at least partially defines the plurality of spaced-apart holes. The forming tools include a forming tool engagement structure, a threaded tool end region, and a hole-defining body. The methods include positioning a plurality of jack-screw-accepting threaded regions and a plurality of forming tools within a mold, filling a fixture-defining cavity of the mold with a composite material, curing the composite material, disengaging the plurality of forming tools from the plurality of jack-screw-accepting threaded regions, and removing the fixture body from the mold.

摘要: A collector system installed utilizing trenchless or minimally invasive methods and devices configured to intercept and direct surface and/or subsurface fluids to a designated reception location to control groundwater elevations is disclosed. In one aspect, a target collection and drainage area is identified and a gravity drainage pipe is accessed or trenchlessly installed at the target collection and drainage area. The gravity drainage pipe can be accessed at one or more drawdown points. An end of the collection pipe can be connected to the drain pipe. By venting an end of the collection pipe to the surface, surface and subsurface water is hydrostatically drawn into the collection pipe from the target collection and drainage area. The surface and subsurface water can be passively drained from the collection pipe into the distribution pipe and onto the designated reception location providing a green process that eliminates power dependency.
