摘要: A system and methods for mobile device active callback prioritization, utilizing an enhanced callback prioritization engine operating on a user's mobile device for integration through the operating system and software applications operating on the device, wherein the enhanced callback prioritization engine receives intercepted data or voice messages sent to the mobile device, retrieves and aggregates data related to the assigned messages, inputs the assigned data message and aggregate data into one or more machine learning algorithms wherein the algorithms may analyze the input data, the results of the analysis may be used to compute a priority score for the assigned data message, and generates a callback list from the computed prioritization score. The priority score is in part based on 3rd party application data related to the data or voice messages providing context to the machine learning algorithms.

摘要: A system and method for use with an assisted user's communication device that includes a display. The method includes providing a user communication device including a processor that is programmed to perform the step of, upon disconnection of an emergency call to a hearing user in which a captioning service has provided text transcription of voice messages from the hearing user, maintaining a link to the captioning service for a predetermined period of time. The processor also is programmed to perform the step of recognizing the call as an emergency call upon placement of the call, and the captioning service is automatically initiated upon the processor performing that recognition.

摘要: A method for providing video conferencing services on a mobile device is disclosed. The method may include receiving a data packet via an encrypted electronic communication channel, the data packet comprising i) authorization from a server hosting privacy health care data and ii) scheduling information for a health care provider. The method may include creating a clickable link using the data packet, the clickable link configured for initiating a video conference session from a single user action on the clickable link. The method may include, in response to the user pressing the clickable link, (i) sending a second data packet to the health care provider for initiating the video conference session, and (ii) initiating the video conference with the health care provider via a secure communication channel.

Retrieval is caused, at least in part, of a unique hardware identifier associated with the mobile device. It is determined that the mobile device is eligible for a service based on the unique hardware identifier. Presentation is caused, at least in part, of a visual indicator of the eligibility for the service based on the determination.

摘要: There is provided a method of speech-to-speech translation including receiving at a mobile device input speech data associated with speech in a first language and converting the input speech data into input text data using a speech-to-text conversion engine (STT engine) onboard the mobile device. The method also includes translating the input text data to form a translated text data using a text-to-text translation engine (TTT engine) onboard the mobile device. The translated text data is associated with a second language. In addition, the method includes converting the translated text data into output speech data using a text-to-speech conversion engine (TTS engine) onboard the mobile device, and outputting at the mobile device a device output based on the output speech data. Mobile devices and computer-readable storage media for speech-to-speech translation are also provided.
