At least one connection for a pressure medium line is disposed between the valve and the pressure medium chamber. A control module actuates the pressure medium source and the at least one valve. The device further has a housing. A motor of the pressure medium source is located between the control module and a pump of the pressure medium source.

The method is characterized by the steps of, ramping down the frequency of the pump due to a turn off instruction, the terminal frequency of the ramping down being equal to the operational frequency (FN) of the pump minus at least 10 Hz and the ramping down time being at least a reflection time (TR) for the conduit in question, and the terminal frequency of the ramping down not being less than 10 Hz, and stopping the pump after the ramping down.

Abstract: A fluid pressure producing method reduces fluctuations in the pressure of a fluid pressurized using a plunger driven by applying the pressure of a working medium to a double-acting piston. The method includes switching a moving direction of the piston when detecting the piston reaching a movement end, operating the working medium pump to discharge the working medium at a maximum flow rate while the load is less than the load limit after the moving direction of the piston is switched, and detecting a pressure of the fluid and feeding back the detected pressure of the fluid and performing feedback control of the pressure of the fluid to eliminate a difference between the pressure of the fluid and a target pressure of the fluid.

Abstract: A lubricating oil supply device for a vehicle includes an electric oil pump and an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit is configured to control the electric oil pump, determine whether or not lubricating oil needs to be supplied by the electric oil pump, control a drive duty of the electric oil pump to a first value when the ECU determines that lubricating oil needs to be supplied, and control the drive duty to a second value that is smaller than the first value when the ECU determines that lubricating oil does not need to be supplied. The electronic control unit is configured to perform duty variable control for controlling the drive duty to a third value, which is between the first value and the second value, during a predetermined changeover transition period, in changing over the drive duty from the first value to the second value.

Abstract: A motor-driven compressor includes: a compression mechanism; an electric motor that drives the compression mechanism; a driver circuit unit disposed at a position to be cooled by refrigerant drawn by the compression mechanism; a temperature detection unit that detects a temperature of the driver circuit unit; and a motor control device disposed in the driver circuit unit to control the motor. The motor control device stores a predetermined drive pattern corresponding to a temperature characteristic of the driver circuit unit after starting the motor. When the temperature detected by the temperature detection unit at a time of starting the motor is higher than or equal to a predetermined temperature, the motor control device performs a limit drive control according to the predetermined drive pattern regardless of a drive state command to the motor.

Abstract: The utility model provides a hand brake system used on a non-beam pumping unit, including a drive mechanism mounted at the lower part of the pumping unit and an actuator mounted on a side of the main drive sprocket of the pumping unit, and the drive mechanism and the actuator are connected by a wire rope. In the utility model, the drive mechanism and actuator of the brake system are separately arranged, thus ensuring promptness of braking and eliminating the potential safety hazard of workers falling from a height. The braking mode of the existing brake system on a pumping unit is to achieve the braking function by locking the rotary shaft from the outer side. The braking force upon braking is relatively small and the braking reliability is relatively poor.

A method may include monitoring a pressure of compressed air within a reservoir, actuating a piston within a cylinder of the compressor, and detecting a leak condition of an exhaust valve of the cylinder through recognition of a change in the monitored pressure of the compressed air within the reservoir during a time period in which the piston is actuated. A system is also disclosed including an engine, a compressor operatively connected to the engine, and a controller that is operable to determine a condition of the compressor.

Abstract: Systems and methods for operating a linear motor (e.g., for an ESP), where the motor's mover moves in a reciprocating motion within a bore of the stator. Hard stops are located at the ends of the bore. The motor has a first set of sensors in the stator positioned proximate to the bore. When the mover moves in the bore, the sensors produce corresponding output signals, except when the mover is in a position near, but not in contact with a hard stop. While the sensors produce output signals, the motor is driven in a first direction toward the hard stop. When the sensors stop producing the output signals, the mover has reached the first position, and the motor is controlled to reverse the direction of the mover.
