Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of photoelectric materials, and in particular, to an alcohol dispersion of a conductive polyethylenedioxythiophene, and a method for preparing same and use of same. The present invention comprises a conductive polyethylenedioxythiophene and an alcohol, and the conductive polyethylenedioxythiophene comprises a polyethylenedioxythiophene cation and a fluorinated sulfonic acid ionomer counter anion. The present invention prepares a PEDOT alcohol dispersion by using an alcohol-dispersible highly fluorinated sulfonic acid ionomer as a counter anion to replace PSS, solving the hygroscopicity problem in conventional aqueous dispersions, and solving the problem that a conventional conductive aqueous dispersion of polyethylenedioxythiophene cannot be evenly applied on a hydrophobic surface due to high surface tension. The present invention has a simple synthesis process and is applicable to different substrates and different types of optoelectronic devices, thermoelectric devices, electrochromic thin films, and antistatic coatings, thus having broad prospects.

Abstract: The present application discloses a perovskite layer, a method for preparing a perovskite layer, a perovskite-layer solar cell and a perovskite-layer-solar-cell assembly, which relates to the technical field of photovoltaics, and is used to prepare a perovskite layer that can completely cover the substrate and has few defects. The method for preparing a perovskite layer includes: providing a substrate; forming perovskite seed crystals on the substrate; soaking the perovskite seed crystals into a perovskite solution; by the effect of the perovskite seed crystals, the perovskite seed crystals growing into a perovskite thin film; and performing annealing treatment to the perovskite thin film, to form the perovskite layer. The perovskite layer and the preparing method thereof according to the present application are used for the fabrication of a solar cell.

Abstract: A method for improving the stability of perovskite solar cells includes: adding iodoformamidine and cesium iodide to a solvent and stirring, adding bromomethylamine and stirring, adding lead iodide and 3,4-dichloroaniline and stirring, obtaining a perovskite precursor solution for improving the stability of perovskite solar cells, spin-coating the perovskite precursor solution for improving the stability of perovskite solar cells onto a substrate, and performing thermal annealing to obtain a light absorption layer of a solar cell. A solar cell prepared with said perovskite layer solves the defects of existing perovskite technology, providing a means for improving the stability of perovskite for use in the preparation of batteries that has low processing environment requirements and a convenient preparation method, and can maintain stable properties in an ordinary environment for a long time.

Abstract: Thin films of organic semiconducting material comprising perylene diimide small molecules with pyrrolic N—H bonds. Films are prepared using green solvents including water and alcohols. The films can be solvent-resistant and generally range in thickness from 10 to 1000 nm. Perylene diimide molecules are dissolved in solvent by addition of a base to polarize the pyrrolic N—H bond believed to generate an ionic salt in alcohol or aqueous solution. Devices containing such films are provided. Methods of making films and methods of using films in OPV device applications and in amine sensors are provided.

Abstract: The 9,9′-spirobifluorene-based compounds and mixtures including 9,9′-spirobifluorene compounds with crosslinkable functional groups and compounds with two or more thiol groups, can stabilize one or more underlying layers of the hole transporting layer and/or interlayer during liquid fabrication process of optoelectronic and/or photoelectrochemical devices. More particularly, the compounds are hole transport materials that include crosslinkable functional groups covalently bonded to 9,9′-spirobifluorene hole transporting structure and mixtures including hole transporting crosslinkable 9,9′-spirobifluorene and thiol derivatives, which may crosslink, such as by exposure to UV, visible light, and/or heat. Photovoltaic devices may employ these compounds and mixtures in crosslinked forms.

Abstract: A receptor material, a synthesis method and use thereof is disclosed. The synthesis method of the receptor material includes: S1, reacting the compound shown in a formula I with LiAlH4 to obtain a compound shown in a formula II; S2, reacting the compound shown in the formula II with 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione to obtain a compound shown in a formula III; S3, reacting the compound shown in the formula III with phosphorus oxychloride and N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain a compound shown in a formula IV; and S4, reacting the compound shown in the formula IV with (5,6-dihalo-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-ylidene)malononitrile. The receptor material provided by the present disclosure can effectively improve the open-circuit voltage and photoelectric conversion efficiency of organic photovoltaics cells including the receptor material. The present disclosure further provides an organic photovoltaic cell including the above receptor material and a method for preparing the organic photovoltaic cell.
