    摘要: A motor-based position system includes one or more motors having a rotor. The system further includes a motor controller. The motor controller is communicatively coupled to each of the motors. The system further includes one or more encoders configured to detect an absolute position of each motor and one or more devices configured to collect inertial data. The system further includes a processing device coupled to the motor controller, one or more encoders and one or more devices. The processing device is configured to receive signals indicative of motors' absolute position from the encoders and configured to convert the received encoder signals into a format understood by the motor controller. The processing device is further configured to send the converted signals to the motor controller with low latency and configured to combine the received encoder signals with the inertial data to generate more accurate positional information.

The boosting section generates a post-boosting voltage by boosting an input voltage. The drive voltage output section generates a drive voltage to drive a motor using the post-boosting voltage. The detecting section detects a value of the input voltage or a variation width relative to a reference value of the input voltage as variation power source variation information when there is power source variation. The storage section stores target value association information associating the power source variation information and a boosting target value of the post-boosting voltage. The determining section determines the boosting target value based on the power source variation information and target value association information. The target value association information is determined based on a range of operations of the drive voltage output section.

This is achieved in that an evaluation unit regularly evaluates a saturation voltage of the optocoupler at the output of the optocoupler in relation to a reference threshold when the optocoupler is wired and generates a warning signal when the saturation voltage exceeds the reference threshold.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for controlling a brushless direct current motor. An H-bridge is configured to couple a direct current power source to windings of the brushless direct current motor. The H-bridge comprises a plurality of switches. A motor controller is configured to close one of the plurality of switches to put the H-bridge in a coast configuration, wherein the windings of the motor are short circuited. A desired direction for a current impulse to the windings is identified. The one of the plurality of switches is opened in response to identifying a first desired direction for the current impulse to provide the current impulse in the first desired direction to the windings. Another of the plurality of switches is closed in response to identifying a second desired direction for the current impulse to provide the current impulse in the second desired direction to the windings.
