摘要: The present application relates to a method, circuit, and motor driving system for adaptively adjusting a PWM duty cycle, comprising: sampling a direct current bus voltage and performing a low-pass filtering; determining whether the direct current bus voltage is under-voltage; if yes, entering an under-voltage protection state; and if not, executing the next step; calculating a new duty cycle and a new amplitude; determining whether the new duty cycle is greater than 100%; if yes, applying a weak magnetic control; and if not, adjusting a duty cycle of PWM signals through the new amplitude. Without altering the core current loop, torque loop, or speed loop of the motor driving system, this application adaptively adjusts the PWM duty cycle based on existing sine wave generators and PWM generators, effectively mitigating the impact of direct current bus voltage fluctuations on motor performance, ensuring straightforward operation, and significantly reducing costs.

摘要: An external power supply system for spindles is revealed. The external power supply system includes a tool holder, a rectifier circuit, an overvoltage protection circuit. and a buck/boost converter. The tool holder receives an external power source of a spindle while the rectifier circuit converts the external power source into a rectified output signal with a power factor through step-down transformation. The overvoltage protection circuit is used to check whether the rectified output signal is larger than an overvoltage signal for outputting an operating potential or a non-operating potential. The buck/boost converter is used for receiving the rectified output signal with the power factor and converting the rectified output signal to an output voltage according to the power factor. Then the output voltage is provided to a load of a low voltage power supply, a high voltage power supply, or a constant voltage power supply.

摘要: An electronically commutated motor driving module for driving a motor includes a voltage detector, an electronically commutated motor driver, a current detector, a voltage converter, and a controller. The voltage detector detects supply voltage to generate a voltage detection signal. The electronically commutated motor driver is supplied by the supply voltage to generate, according to an electronically commutated signal, an operating current for driving the motor. The current detector detects the operating current to generate a current detection signal. The voltage converter converts the supply voltage into an internal voltage. The controller is supplied by the internal voltage and generates the electronically commutated signal according to a plurality of control parameters. When the controller determines that a specific event has happened according to the control parameters, the controller stops generating the electronically commutated signal and then stores the control parameters.

摘要: An AC-AC power converter, such as a motor soft starter, includes an input connectable to an AC source with a disconnect switch, an output connectable to an AC load, and phase lines connecting the input and output to transmit power. In-line solid-state switching blocks are connected between line terminals and load terminals of the AC source and AC load, respectively, such that each phase line includes a solid-state switching block connected thereto. Free-wheeling solid-state switching blocks are connected to the load terminals at one end and together at a common connection at another end, such that each phase line includes a free-wheeling solid-state switching block connected thereto. Each of the in-line and free-wheeling solid-state switching blocks comprises a bi-directional switching block that selectively controls current and withstands voltage in both directions. The switching blocks also provide soft-starter functions, variable speed control, and integrated circuit breaker protection capability.

摘要: A motor driving device includes: an inverter control unit configured to generate and output a control signal for feedback-controlling a motor using a control command value for setting driving of the motor and a feedback value including a current value of driving power supplied to the motor; an inverter configured to supply driving power to the motor in accordance with the control signal output from the inverter control unit; and an abnormality detecting unit configured to detect an abnormality of the inverter. The abnormality detecting unit determines that the inverter is abnormal when a sum of three-phase AC voltage values of the driving power supplied to the motor is greater than a predetermined voltage value and a difference between the control command value supplied to the inverter control unit and the feedback value is less than a predetermined value.
