    Abstract: A device for a human-powered vehicle comprises a communication electrical contact. The communication electrical contact is contactable with an electrical contact of an electric device. The electrical contact has a first state where the electrical contact receives electricity from a power supply and a second state where the electrical contact is in contact with the communication electrical contact.     Abstract: An apparatus for a bicycle includes an intermediate power connector configured for transmitting power between a bicycle component and a power source positioned remote from the bicycle component. The intermediate power connector has a coupling portion configured for removable attachment to a connecting portion of the bicycle component. The bicycle component can also include a battery having a battery coupling portion configured for removable attachment to the connecting portion of the bicycle component. The battery and the intermediate power connector can be selectively attachable to the bicycle component to provide power thereto.

    Abstract: A component for a human-powered vehicle basically comprises a power source connecting portion, an actuator and a first electronic controller circuitry. The power source connecting portion is connected to a power source. The power source connecting portion includes an attachment surface, a first terminal and a first detection terminal. The actuator is electrically connected to the power source connecting portion. The first electronic controller circuitry controls the actuator with supply current provided from the power source. The first terminal is electrically connected to a power supply terminal of the power source. The first terminal supplies the supply current to the actuator in a state where the first detection terminal is electrically connected to a second detection terminal of the power source. The first detection terminal contacts to the second detection terminal after the first terminal contacts to the power supply terminal during connecting operation of the power source to the power source connecting portion.
