摘要: A method for controlling an electric drive motor of an electrically drivable bicycle includes determining a cadence of a rider of the bicycle, and operating the electric drive motor under specification of (i) a first predefined target speed for the electric drive motor, which is lower than the cadence of the rider, and (ii) a first predefined torque for the electric drive motor, when the determined cadence of the rider exceeds a predefined cadence threshold value. The method further includes operating the electric drive motor under specification of (i) a second predefined target speed for the electric drive motor, which is higher than the first target speed, and (ii) a second predefined torque for the drive motor, when a rider torque exerted by the rider on a drive train of the bicycle exceeds a first predefined rider torque threshold value.

摘要: An electronic bicycle includes a torque control system that controls what torque is applied to wheels of the electronic bicycle by electronic hub motors. The torque control system may determine a torque to apply to the wheels based on user input signals. The torque control system also may detect when the wheels of the electronic bicycle are slipping, and adjust the torque to minimize the time that the wheel is slipping. Additionally, the torque control system may determine a coefficient of friction between the wheels and the ground and determine a maximum torque to apply to the wheels based on the coefficient of friction. Furthermore, when braking, the torque control system may determine whether torque is applied to the wheels by passive braking or by active braking.

摘要: A transmission structure of a hub motor has a hub shell, an axle, a motor unit, and a clutch assembly. The clutch assembly connects with the hub shell and the motor unit, and includes a driving ring, an output disc, a fixing base, a clutch disc, and a pressing ring. The motor unit drives the driving ring to rotate. The output disc is capable of driving the hub shell to rotate. The driving ring drives the clutch disc to rotate and further drives the pressing ring; the pressing ring then pushes the clutch disc to contact the output disc and further drives the output disc to rotate. The fixing base is magnetic and is disposed between the output disc and the motor unit. The clutch disc is magnetically attractable such that the clutch disc separates from the output disc when the motor unit stops working to prevent the motor unit from providing resistance.
