Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to techniques to increase reliability of communications within a network during a low reliability period. The network may include a user equipment (UE) communicatively coupled with one or more transmit/receive points (TRPs), with the communications between the UE and the one more TRPs requiring a reliability above a first reliability threshold. A processor of a network entity may identify a low reliability period which occurs when the reliability of the communications is determined to be below a second reliability threshold. The processor may cause the network to perform one or more remedial actions to increase the reliability during the low reliability period.

Abstract: A hybrid device can be configured to select a transmit interface to attempt to ensure that each network interface of the hybrid device supports unidirectional traffic. Each of the plurality of network interfaces of the hybrid device can be categorized into one of a set of interface classes based on whether incoming traffic is received at the network interface and/or whether outgoing traffic is transmitted from the network interface. A transmit interface class is selected from the set of interface classes based, at least in part, on a priority level associated with each of the interface classes. Abstract: Embodiments include methods for managing component temperatures in wearable devices by a remote computing device, such as an edge server, instructing changes in wearable device component processing loads, operations or operating modes. Methods performed in a wearable device receiving data from an edge server may include obtaining a plurality of temperature measurements from a plurality of hardware components, transmitting the temperature measurements to the edge server, receiving an instruction related to operations of an application executing on the processor of the wearable device, and adjusting an operating parameter based on the received instruction. Methods performed in the edge server include receiving the temperature measurements from the wearable device, identify one or more adjustments to operations of the plurality of hardware components based on the plurality of temperature measurements, and sending the wearable device an instruction to adjust operations of at least one of the plurality of hardware components.
