    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies and discloses a tunnel establishment method and apparatus. Even if an entity for executing the solution is not changed, a type of a tunnel established for each service of a terminal may be the same or may be different. For example, a first tunnel and a second tunnel may be established for a current service of the terminal, and a third tunnel may be established for a next service of the terminal. This eases congestion in a backbone network between a secondary access network node and a primary access network node. Alternatively, this avoids using a directly connected tunnel as a tunnel established between the secondary access network node and a core network user plane node when a core network control plane node needs to receive and send too much path switching signaling.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for receiving D2D discovery information and an apparatus. The method for receiving D2D discovery information includes: sending, by an upper layer of a radio resource control RRC layer of a D2D communication device, a first instruction to a physical layer of the D2D communication device, where the first instruction is used to instruct the physical layer to switch from a D2D sleep state to a D2D listening state; and receiving, by the physical layer of the D2D communication device, the first instruction and switching from the D2D sleep state to the D2D listening state according to the first instruction, to listen to D2D discovery information. This reduces power consumption of the D2D communication device and prolongs a standby time of the D2D communication device.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for adding a secondary serving cell, an apparatus, a device, and a network system. The method includes: communicating, with each other to acquire a unified serial number of a random access preamble code, a unified serial number of a PRACH mask code, and a unified cell radio network temporary identifier of a terminal; scrambling the serial number of the random access preamble code and the serial number of the PRACH mask code, and then sending the serial number of the random access preamble code and the serial number of the PRACH mask code to the terminal; and determining, a time advance command TAC according to a random access request message that carries the random access preamble code, and sending the TAC to the terminal.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a communication method, including: sending, by a user equipment, a request message to a micro network node, so that the micro network node sends an indication message to a macro network node; receiving an uplink resource (UG) sent according to the indication message by the macro network node; and sending uplink signaling or uplink data to the macro network node according to the uplink resource (UG). Embodiments of the present invention further provide a corresponding device and system. In technical solutions of the present invention, the micro network node participates in accessing the user equipment to a network, so that a UE can rapidly access the network, which reduces an access delay of the UE.
