Abstract: According to a single-stage interleaved software switching converter, power factor is controlled and battery charging and current are integrally controlled on the basis of a PFC circuit of a single-stage interleaving type so that efficiency of a charging device is enhanced and the cost is reduced. Further, it is possible to remove harmful electromagnetic radiation; enhance power density and durability by using a film-type capacitor instead of the conventional electrolytic capacitor; reduce switching loss by soft switching operation and to reduce the volume of a filter unit; design magnetizing current to be small by removing a low-frequency component of a transformer and to reduce the volume; and perform high-power charging according to the number of windings of the transformer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to ear-of-rice-shaped copper particles. The method includes a first step of preparing a copper precursor solution, a second step of adjusting the pH of the copper precursor solution, a third step of adding a zinc powder to the pH-adjusted copper precursor solution, a fourth step of synthesizing the ear-of-rice-shaped copper particles by stirring the copper precursor solution, to which the zinc powder is added, for a predetermined time, and a fifth step of separating, washing, and then drying the synthesized ear-of-rice-shaped copper particles.

Abstract: Operating a selector device that controls access of a signal to a memory element may comprise applying a main operating voltage pulse and a refresh voltage pulse to the selector device. The refresh voltage pulse and main operating voltage pulse have opposite polarities. A magnitude of the main operating voltage pulse is greater than or equal to a threshold voltage for turning on the selector device, and a maximum magnitude of the refresh voltage pulse is less than the threshold voltage. The refresh voltage pulse reduces a difference between the threshold voltage and a turn-off voltage of the selector device, and may be applied immediately before or immediately after the main operating voltage pulse. An electronic circuit may include the selector device and a driving circuit for apply the pulses. A nonvolatile memory may include the driving circuit and a plurality of nonvolatile memory elements each including a selector device.
