    摘要： A method and a device for performing special effect processing on an image, an electronic apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided.     摘要： This specification provides methods and systems for inter-process communication. One of the methods includes, in response to monitoring a service registration in a Dbus bus of Linux®, adding a service synchronously in an Android® service manager.     摘要： A method and device for controlling a pop-up window, a computer-readable medium, and an electronic device are provided.
