Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method, apparatus, electronic device, storage medium, computer program product and computer program for searching and killing a front-end process at an electronic device. The electronic device includes a first operating system and a second operating system. The second operating system shares a kernel with the first operating system and is deployed in the first operating system. In the method, the electronic device obtains activity information sent by an activity of a front-end process of the second operating system. The electronic device obtains a pixel size of a view for the activity based on the activity information. The electronic device determines, based on the pixel size and a predetermined pixel threshold, whether the front-end process is a keep-alive process. In accordance with a determination that the front-end process is the keep-alive process, the electronic device shuts down the front-end process.
