    Abstract: Disclosed is a thin film transistor, which includes a shading layer and a poly-silicon layer, the shading layer being arranged below the poly-silicon layer. when viewed from a top perspective, the shading layer and the poly-silicon layer have an angle therebetween, the angle being an acute angle or an obtuse angle. The thin film transistor breaks processing constrains and makes it possible to reduce the inclination degree of the poly-silicon layer at an edge of a sloping part of the shading layer in a larger range, thereby improving the conductivity of the poly-silicon layer.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a correction system for an alignment film printing plate, including: a roller and a printing plate mounted as a sleeve outside of the roller, wherein a first end portion of the printing plate is provided thereon with a plurality of columns of buckle groups, and a second end portion of the printing plate is provided thereon with a plurality of columns of slot groups engaged with the buckle groups. The correction system for the alignment film printing plate further includes an image controller used for measuring a deviation value between an actual position and a preset position for printing of an alignment film on a substrate. The correcting system of the alignment film printing plate has a simple structure and is capable of realizing different stretching degrees of an alignment film pattern at different positions on the printing plate, so as to improve a correction effect of the printing plate. As a result, deviation can be reduced between an actual position and a preset position for printing of the alignment film on the substrate, without significant increase in costs.

    Abstract: The disclosure is related to liquid crystal display technology field, and in particular to an array substrate. By manufacturing a touch circuit and a source/drain on the same layer, the touch circuit receives a touch signal from a drive circuit and transmits to a first transparent conductive layer. The array substrate of present disclosure is self-capacitive touch sensor with In-Cell touch function. Compare to prior arts, a manufacturing process of a metal layer and an isolated layer is omitted in the disclosure so that steps of manufacturing process can be simplified, raw to materials can be saved, and further manufacturing period of a TFT substrate can be reduced and manufacturing cost reduction of a TFT substrate can be achieved. The TFT substrate in the disclosure has In-Cell touch function, simplified structure, and low manufacturing cost.

    Abstract: The invention provides a manufacturing method for complementary TFT device. The manufacturing method for complementary TFT device uses a solution method to continuously form a metal oxide semiconductor TFT and an organic semiconductor TFT; the metal oxide semiconductor TFT and the organic semiconductor TFT are electrically connected, and one of the metal oxide semiconductor TFT and the organic semiconductor TFT is an N-type channel TFT, and the other is a P-type channel TFT. The method can reduce the use of vacuum apparatus and high temperature apparatus, and explore the advantages of the solution method to realize large area and low-cost to reduce production costs and increase product competitiveness. The invention also provides a manufacturing method for OLED display panel, able to reduce production cost and increase product competitiveness.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a vertical channel organic thin-film transistor and a manufacturing method thereof. The vertical channel organic thin-film transistor includes: an annular organic semiconductor layer, an annular drain electrode and an annular source electrode respectively set in contact with upper and lower sides of the annular organic semiconductor layer, and a gate electrode arranged inwardly of an inner circle of the annular organic semiconductor layer and insulated and isolated from the annular organic semiconductor layer. An effective conductive channel length of the thin-film transistor can be varied by changing a thickness of the organic semiconductor layer made with a solution method so that the definition of a short channel pattern no longer relies upon high precision exposure and etching equipment and thus, the difficulty and the cost of the manufacturing process can be reduced. Further, the annular electrode structure makes it possible to save a planar space of the thin-film transistor, increasing scenarios of application of the thin-film transistor, and improving flexibility of circuit design.
