摘要: The present invention relates to a photovoltaic element comprising: •i. a light transmissive, coloured multilayer top sheet having an appearance that exhibits a colouration change depending on the viewing angle, the top sheet comprising: •a. a textured transparent front cover sheet (2), and •b. a pigmented top coating layer (3) disposed on the backside of the top sheet with respect to the direction of the incandescent light; •ii. a first encapsulant layer (4); •iii. one or more photovoltaic cells (5), each comprising at least one photovoltaically active surface, and comprising two electrically-conductive electrode layers with a photovoltaic material disposed between them; •iv. a second encapsulant layer (6), and •v. a back cover sheet (7).

摘要: The invention relates to a new way of stabilizing and mounting solar panels in the form of conventional heat exchangers comprising a trough and a glass cover or of a photovoltaic panel on house walls with the aid of frames made of natural or artificial stones which are made break-resistant using fiber materials and are stabilized in such a way that the panels are also break-resistant on impact and can be mounted as self-supporting structures on a wall; furthermore, the panels in particular satisfy high standards in respect of esthetics and are low-maintenance and thus permanently appealing. Multiple solar panels comprising stone frames can form entire stone-solar panel facades.

摘要: Disclosed is a solar cell panel including: a semiconductor substrate having a long axis and a short axis that intersect; a first conductivity type region formed on one surface of the semiconductor substrate; a second conductivity type region formed on the other surface of the semiconductor substrate; a first electrode electrically connected to the first conductivity type region; and a second electrode electrically connected to the second conductivity type region. The first electrode includes: a plurality of finger lines positioned in a first direction parallel to the long axis and being parallel to each other; and a plurality of bus bars including a plurality of pad portions positioned in a second direction parallel to the short axis. The plurality of pad portions include a first outer pad and a second outer pad located on opposite ends of the plurality of bus bars in the second direction, respectively.

The electrolysis unit has a cathode, an anode, and an ion conductor connecting the cathode and the anode. The electrolysis unit is designed to cleave water in hydrogen and oxygen. A method for dehumidifying a photovoltaic module is accomplished by the electrolysis unit.

摘要: Refractive optical element designs are provided for high geometric optical efficiency over a wide range of incident angles. To minimize Fresnel reflection losses, the refractive optical element designs employ multiple encapsulant materials, differing in refractive index. Concentrator photovoltaic subassemblies are formed by embedding a high efficiency photovoltaic device within the refractive optical element, along with appropriate electrical contacts and heat sinks. Increased solar electric power output is obtained by employing a single-junction III-V material structure with light-trapping structures.
