摘要: A laser light source combiner system includes a laser light source, a phosphor wheel, a first dichroic filter located between the laser light source and the phosphor wheel, and a dichroic filter assemble located between the first dichroic filter and the laser light source. The laser light source is configured to emit a first blue light traveling along a first direction. The phosphor wheel is configured to reflect a portion of the first blue light so as to form a second blue light and to convert a portion of the second blue light into a fluorescent light. The first dichroic filter is configured to make the second blue light partially transmit and partially reflected and make the fluorescent light transmit. The dichroic filter assemble is configured to reflect the second blue light and the fluorescent light.

摘要: An optical system includes a partial reflector having an average optical reflectance of at least 30% in a plurality of wavelengths, an image source disposed to emit image light toward the partial reflector, and a reflective polarizer disposed proximate the partial reflector. The reflective polarizer is curved about two orthogonal axes and can include at least one layer substantially optically uniaxial at at least one location. The image light may be transmitted by the reflective polarizer after it is first reflected by the reflective polarizer. Substantially any chief light ray having at least first and second wavelengths at least 150 nm apart in the plurality of wavelengths and emitted by the image source and transmitted by a stop surface or exit pupil of the optical system has a color separation distance of less than 1.5 percent of a field of view.

摘要: An illumination system includes a light source providing a first light beam, a first light uniformizing element disposed on a transmission path of the first light beam, a wavelength conversion element, and an optical part. The wavelength conversion element is disposed on the same transmission path and converts the first light beam into a second light beam. The optical part is disposed on a transmission path of the second light beam. The wavelength conversion element is disposed between the first light uniformizing element and the optical part. The second light beam includes a first portion, which is transmitted toward the first light uniformizing element, and a second portion, which is transmitted toward the optical part, reflected by the optical part, and further transmitted and passes through the wavelength conversion element for being transmitted toward the first light uniformizing element. A projection device including the illumination system is also provided.

Systems and methods for measuring light emitted by a sample (e.g., in a flow stream) and kits having three or more wavelength separators, a plurality of photodetectors and an optical component are also provided.

The first body has a first engaging port and a second engaging port. The light emitter and the light receiver are disposed in the first body. The second body has a third engaging port and a channel communicated with each other. The third engaging port is configured to selectively engage one of the first engaging port and the second engaging port. When the third engaging port is engaged with the first engaging port, the light emitter is optically coupled to the light reflecting member. When the third engaging port is engaged with the second engaging port, the light receiver is optically coupled to the light reflecting member.
