The counter knives and/or the rasp bar arrangement can be moved into a partial stream passing by the chopper. The harvester also has a crop spreading device configured for spreading the chopped-material stream emerging from the combine harvester on the ground in the rear region of the combine harvester, and a sensor unit configured for generating sensor data which represent at least one parameter influencing the spreading quality of the chopped-material stream emerging from the combine harvester. There is a control unit that adapts the position of the rasp bar arrangement and/or the counter knives depending on the spreading quality.

摘要: A controller for an unloading system. The unloading system comprises an unloading vehicle having an unloading apparatus and a collection vehicle having a container. The unloading apparatus is configured to direct material to the container driven in the vicinity of the unloading vehicle. The controller is configured to: receive image data representative of at least a portion of the container; receive a path information signal representative of a path that is to be followed by the unloading vehicle or the collection vehicle; and set an attribute of the unloading apparatus, the unloading vehicle, or the collection vehicle in accordance with the image data and the path information signal in order to direct the material from the unloading apparatus to the container.

摘要: The invention relates to a device (2) for harvesting stalk material, comprising a feed region, a conveyor device (4), a picking device, and a device which is arranged on a plane below the picking device for cutting stalks and has at least one cutter that rotates in a circulating manner on a horizontal or at least approximately horizontal plane. The aim of the invention is to provide a device with which the vegetable structure of the stubble pieces are damaged in addition to being cut such that bacteria and moisture can more easily penetrate the interior of a stalk piece, in particular stubble standing on the field. This is achieved in that at least one impact element (22) is formed on the cutter (18) which rotates in a circulating manner, said impact element rising over the thickness of the cutter blade.

The roller is provided with wear protection zones continuously or in partial regions, the wear resistance thereof being greater than that of the material of the base body of the roller. The base body has a tooth structure determining the shape of the teeth and tooth wear protection zones are formed on the trailing tooth flanks by a high energy radiation process, substantially maintaining the geometry of the tooth structure, roller wear protection zones being formed together thereby on the rollers, as well as a method for producing such a roller wear protection zone.
