摘要: The present disclosure provides a driving control method for hybrid type vehicles with a DCT. The method includes: receiving the motor speed from a driving motor; when abnormality of the motor speed is detected, requesting driving of an engine and determining whether an engine clutch is engaged; if it is determined that the engine clutch is released, controlling a clutch of a current driving stage using a clutch torque higher than a transmission input torque; controlling the current driving stage to be a limp home driving stage set in advance to be in a limp home driven status.

摘要: A dual clutch transaxle is provided that includes a dual clutch assembly, an input shaft assembly, a counter shaft assembly, a shift assembly and at least one output assembly. The dual clutch assembly has a dual clutch axis and includes a first clutch shaft and a second clutch shaft. The input shaft assembly includes a nested first inner input shaft and a second outer input shaft that are operationally coupled to the first clutch shaft and a second clutch shaft. An input shaft axis is offset from the dual clutch axis of the dual clutch assembly. A plurality of drive gears of the input shaft assembly are operationally coupled to a plurality of driven gears of the counter shaft assembly. The shift assembly is operationally coupled to select. The at least one output assembly is operationally coupled to the counter shaft assembly.

摘要: When a reverse select operation is performed, a pre-balk lever (180) rotates to a rotation position as a control rod (100) rotates. The pre-balk lever (180) has an engagement portion (190), which engages with a tip end portion of a pre-balk pin (162) at the rotation position. As a reverse lever (136) swings while they are engaged with each other, a shift rod (113) moves in such a direction as to activate a synchronizer (60). The engagement portion (190) has a guide surface (192), which guides the tip end portion of the pre-balk pin (162) to the engagement position while the pre-balk lever (180) is rotating toward the rotation position.

摘要: A dual clutch transmission device is disclosed. The dual clutch transmission device has a transmission device with a transmission housing, with a coupling housing positioned within the transmission housing and with a lubricant reservoir to receive a lubricant for the transmission device, which includes an oil trap ring connected at least indirectly with the transmission housing, which at least partially surrounds the coupling housing. The oil trap ring has a side facing the coupling housing which is primarily designed as an oil guide surface and which has at least one groove which is intended to guide lubricant into the lubricant reservoir. The dual clutch transmission device also has a gear set with a dry sump to lubricate the gear set.

摘要: A dual clutch transmission for a motor vehicle including two sub-transmissions, each having at least one input shaft. An output shaft outputs drive from both sub-transmissions. The input shafts are arranged on an input shaft axis and the output shaft is arranged on the input shaft axis or a parallel countershaft axis. An intermediate gear system includes at least one countershaft which is arranged on the countershaft axis. At least four shifting elements are arranged such that, in each case, at least two shifting elements are arranged on the input shaft axis and on the countershaft axis. At least one input shaft can be connected to the output shaft by way of two wheel planes and/or at least one shifting element. Preferably half of the shifting elements are unsynchronized and at least one-third of the shifting elements are synchronized. Also a method for operating a dual clutch transmission.

The dual-clutch seven speed transmission arrangement includes a dual-clutch gearbox comprising an input shaft for odd drive gears and an input shaft for even drive gears, respectively arranged in connection to a first clutch and a second clutch. The input shaft for even drive gears is a hollow shaft enclosing the input shaft for odd drive gears and the input shaft for odd drive gears is arranged to host four odd drive gears. The input shaft for even drive gears is arranged to host three even drive gears and a reverse drive gear. An electric motor is connected to the input shaft for even drive gears.
