摘要: A dual-clutch transmission for use in a vehicle has a housing, a clutch pack drum adapted to rotate inside the housing, a central clutch gear connected to the clutch pack drum, a first clutch pack, a first clutch hub, a first pressure plate disposed on the first side of the central clutch gear, and a first shaft connected to the first clutch hub. The first shaft drives at least one first transmission gear when the first pressure plate squeezes the first clutch pack. The dual-clutch transmission further includes a second clutch pack, a second clutch hub, a second pressure plate disposed on the second side of the central clutch gear, and a second shaft connected to the second clutch hub. The second shaft drives at least one second transmission gear when the second pressure plate squeezes the second clutch pack. A vehicle having a dual-clutch transmission is also encompassed.

摘要: In one example, a line of transmissions is provided comprising, a first transmission and a second transmission. Each transmission includes an input shaft with a first pair of gears arranged thereon and a first clutch positioned therebetween designed to selectively rotationally couple at least one of a first gear and a second gear of the first pair of gears to the input shaft. Each transmission includes a layshaft with a second pair of gears fixedly coupled thereto. Each transmission includes an output shaft with a third pair of gears arranged thereon and a second clutch positioned therebetween designed to selectively rotationally couple at least one of a third gear and a fourth gear in the third pair of gears to the output shaft. The first transmission has the second gear fixed to the input shaft. The second transmission has the fourth gear fixed to the output shaft.

摘要: A powershift transmission of a motor vehicle has a split group with a plurality of powershift stages. An input shaft can be rotatably driven by a drive shaft of a motorized drive and transmits rotational movement in a stepped-up manner to an output shaft of the split group corresponding to one of several powershiftable stage transmissions. The powershiftable stage transmissions can be rotatably driven in a stepped-up manner by the output shaft of the split group via an intermediate group located therebetween, and via an input shaft of a synchromesh transmission group having a plurality of gear stages. A vehicle axle transmission can be rotatably driven by the output shaft of the synchromesh transmission group. The intermediate group has a multiple powershift intermediate transmission, in which each switching position the input shaft of the synchromesh transmission group can be rotatably driven by means of an associated transmission.

A lubrication arrangement for the second splitter gear set (20) is arranged to be controlled by the current positions of the first and the second gear shift mechanisms (23, 33); wherein the lubrication arrangement is controlled to at least reduce lubrication when the first and the second gear shift mechanisms (23, 33) are simultaneously connected to or disconnected from the second splitter gear set (20).

摘要: A dual-clutch transmission includes first and second partial transmissions, a first countershaft to which a first output gear is permanently connected in a rotationally fixed manner, and a second countershaft to which a second output gear is permanently connected in a rotationally fixed manner. A first idler assigned to the first partial transmission and a second idler assigned to the second partial transmission are respectively arranged coaxially to the first countershaft and are couplable to each other in a rotationally fixed manner by a bridge switching element. The first partial transmission includes exactly three single-gear planes, including a first single-gear plane, second single-gear plane having the first idler, and third single-gear plane. The second partial transmission includes exactly two single-gear planes, including a fourth single-gear plane having the second idler and a fifth single-gear plane, and which is equipped such that eight transmission gears can be implemented with a falling transmission ratio.

Each dual planet gear (46) is connected to the four input/output members, which are a first pair of input/output members formed by a first sun gear (41) and a ring gear (44), and a second pair of input/output members formed by a second sun gear (43) and a planet carrier (45).

The dual-clutch transmission includes first and second range selection gears to transfer drive from the driven rotary shaft to an output shaft so as selectively to permit selection of at least a first range transmission ratio or a second range transmission ratio. The dual-clutch transmission further includes a first bypass drive line to drive engagement of at least two mutually engaged bypass rotary gears with the output shaft, giving rise to a first intermediate transmission ratio.
