At least one compensating tank (7) is configured for collecting oil from the interior space (4). The compensating tank (7) is fluidically connected to the oil sump (6) via at least one return (8). The particular return (8) delivers a predefined flow back into the oil sump (6) as a function of a power throughput of the transmission (1).

In order to improve the flow conditions using design measures, in particular in those areas of the gearbox housing in which the coolant is discharged or suctioned out of the gearbox housing during circulation of same, an annular chamber (33) is provided which extends in the circumferential direction along the connecting region (14) and which is connected to the interior (7) via individual openings (40).

摘要: A system for reducing teeth power losses in a gearbox, including at least two intermeshing toothed gears, each attached to a rotating shaft supported by bearings and mounted within a housing. Two vertical plates are configured for being installed inside the housing between the bearings and the toothed gears, one at each side of the toothed gears. The vertical plates comprise one or several internal shields configured for separating oil flows within the housing; mounted on the side of the vertical plates directed towards the toothed gears. The internal shield includes an anti-recirculation plate. At least one anti-recirculation plate comprises one or several vertical fins for breaking an axial flow of an air-oil mixture.

At least one partition is arranged between the oil bunker and the oil sump for separating the oil sump from the oil bunker. The at least one oil return device includes at least one wiper for wiping the oil from the gearwheel and at least one outlet for removing the wiped oil into the oil bunker. The wiper and the outlet are arranged on different sides of the at least one partition and are connected by at least one fluid connection.

摘要: An actuator includes a motor including a first rotor rotatable in a circumferential direction, and a stator to drive the first rotor; a second rotor rotatable in the circumferential direction; and a speed reducer that reduces rotation of the first rotor and transmits a torque to the second rotor via a bearing. The first and second rotors include first and second tube portions extending in an axial direction, respectively. The second tube portion is radially outward of the first tube portion. A lubricant is filled in a filling space including at least a portion of a space between an outer surface of the first tube portion and an inner surface of the second tube portion. The actuator includes a width reducing portion that reduces a width of the filling space in a radial direction in at least a portion of the filling space in the axial direction.

摘要: A spur gear transmission has at least two toothed spur gears, the toothings of which are in meshing engagement with one another and which are each rotatable about an axis of rotation. An enveloping wall encloses the two spur gears in a circumferential direction and in the direction of the axes of rotation. The enveloping wall has an inner contour which is adapted to the outer diameters of the spur gears such that ring-shaped gaps that merge into one another are formed between the enveloping wall and the spur gears. Each ring-shaped gap is arranged at least substantially concentrically with respect to a respective axis of rotation. The enveloping wall is formed by a multi-part housing which is closed along a parting joint. The parting joint extends partially or entirely substantially within a plane in which one of the two axes of rotation or both axes of rotation run.
