    Abstract: A memory device includes a plurality of memory cells configured to store at least one bit, the memory device comprising a first wordline and a second wordline. The memory device is configured to perform a first programming operation on the first wordline on a plurality of memory cells in a higher state, the higher state referring to a state in which the plurality of memory cells have threshold voltages above a particular voltage; perform a second programming operation on the second wordline; and perform a third programming operation with a voltage lower than a voltage of the first programming operation when the second programming operation is performed after the first programming operation is performed.

    Abstract: An electronic device for providing an avatar is provided. The electronic device includes memory storing one or more computer programs, and one or more processors communicatively coupled to the memory, wherein the one or more computer programs include computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors individually or collectively, cause the electronic device to obtain a plurality of raw textures by matching a three-dimensional (3D) shape related to a user face to a two-dimensional (2D) plane, perform tone-matching for smoothing each of skin tones of the plurality of raw textures based on an average of the skin tones of the plurality of raw textures, obtain a plurality of texture segments by splitting at least one of a plurality of tone-matched raw textures for each feature area in a face, obtain a combined texture by combining a plurality of texture segments selected by a user input from among the obtained plurality of texture segments, and obtain an avatar representing the user face in a 3D shape based on the combined texture.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods, apparatuses, systems, and computer-readable mediums for demosaicing images by an apparatus. A method includes obtaining, from a plurality of sensors of the apparatus, a plurality of mosaic images, concatenating each image of the plurality of mosaic images with encoded embeddings of the corresponding mosaic pattern of the sensor of the plurality of sensors that captured that image of the plurality of mosaic images, providing the concatenated plurality of mosaic images to a machine learning model, and acquiring, from the machine learning model, a plurality of demosaiced images corresponding to the plurality of mosaic images. Each sensor of the plurality of sensors has a corresponding mosaic pattern from among a plurality of mosaic patterns.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a Plackett-Burman design (PBD) execution circuit, a genetic algorithm (GA) execution circuit, and a control circuit. The PBD execution circuit is configured to generate an initial design of experiment (DOE) set including a plurality of initial cases regarding semiconductor characteristics of a memory device of an external device. The GA execution circuit is configured to convert a previous generation DOE set to a next generation DOE set. The control circuit is configured to transmit the initial DOE set to the external device, receive, from the external device, an initial characteristic evaluation, generate a starting DOE set based on the initial characteristic evaluation, and control a genetic algorithm to be performed with an experimental result of the starting DOE set as an input. Each of the plurality of initial cases corresponds to a combination of a plurality of setting values influencing the semiconductor characteristics.

    Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes accessing video captured by one or more cameras of a head-mounted device (HMD) worn by a user and determining, from the accessed video, multiple environmental feature maps and multiple corresponding environmental embeddings representing an environment of the user captured in the accessed video. The method further includes fusing, by multiple trained environmental transformer models, the environmental embeddings to create a fused environmental embedding; determining a head pose of the user coincident with the accessed video; and predicting, by a trained decoder and based on the fused environmental embedding and the determined head pose of the user, a body pose of the user.
