    摘要: A aircraft braking system is disclosed including a plurality of brakes each for braking one of a plurality of aircraft wheels using hydraulic pressure, a first hydraulic pressure supply unit, and a second hydraulic pressure supply unit. The first hydraulic pressure supply unit is connected to only a first subset of the plurality of brakes, such that the first hydraulic pressure supply unit can enable only the first subset of the plurality of brakes to provide braking. The second hydraulic pressure supply unit is connected to only a second subset of the plurality of brakes, the second subset not including any of the brakes of the first subset, such that the second hydraulic pressure supply unit can enable only the second subset of the plurality of brakes to provide braking.

A brake device 101 of the present invention includes a first fluid pressure unit 102p which supplies brake fluid to first wheel cylinders 118a and 118d, a second fluid pressure unit 102s which supplies brake fluid to second wheel cylinders 118b and 118c, and a connection pipe 119 which connects the first fluid pressure unit and the second fluid pressure unit to allow the brake fluid to flow. The first fluid pressure unit and the second fluid pressure unit open a first shut-off valve 104p and a second shut-off valve 104s, respectively, in a case where a failure is detected in at least one of the first fluid pressure unit and the second fluid pressure unit.

    摘要: A control arrangement for a brake system having a plurality of electrically-controlled hydraulic valves includes a primary electronic control unit (“ECU”) including a primary microcontroller for selectively providing at least one of electrical power and a control signal in a normal non-failure braking mode. A secondary ECU is electrically connected to the primary ECU via a power connector and a controller area network (“CAN”) communication bus. The secondary ECU obtains electrical power from a wiring system of a vehicle associated with the brake system. A backup microcontroller is associated with a chosen one of the primary and secondary ECUs, receiving electrical power and a control signal from the secondary ECU. The backup microcontroller selectively provides at least one of electrical power and a control signal in a backup braking mode responsive to the control signal from the secondary ECU.

The first block, the second block, and the emergency module can be installed at positions spaced apart from each other in a vehicle, and thus the mountability of the brake system and the degree of design freedom of the vehicle can be improved.
