The laminated thermoplastic resin sheet is manufactured by using an apparatus including an endless belt wound between a first cooling roll having an elastic material, a second cooling roll and a third cooling roll brought into contact with the first cooling roll through the belt, arranging a guide roll near the first roll so as to introduce a molten thermoplastic resin sheet between the first and third cooling rolls in such a manner as to be brought into contact with the belt and the third cooling roll substantially at the same time, and introducing a thermoplastic resin film between the belt and the third cooling roll via the guide roll.

More particularly, the invention relates to a process for producing a three layers BOPP synthetic paper by means of three layers co-extrusion wherein two different PP resin compositions are separately extruded by one primary single screw extruder with venting device and two secondary single screw extruders with venting device first, and then are co-flowed by a same T-die to form a three layers coating sheet, and through cooling, biaxial orientation, corona treatment and winding to form a three layers co-extrusion synthetic paper of thickness 25˜250 &mgr;m. The three layers structure of said three layers co-extrusion synthetic paper of thickness 25˜250 &mgr;m can be made into three kinds, such as: paper sheet layer/foamed intermediate layer/paper sheet layer with double side paper sheet layer, paper sheet layer/foamed intermediate layer/resin layer with single side paper sheet layer and resin layer/foamed intermediate layer/resin with double side high gloss resin layer, to use as coating substrate for coating grade synthetic paper.

    摘要: A pneumatic tire includes a low conductive rubber portion forming at least a cap rubber portion of the tread rubber which provides a tread surface of the tire. A narrow high conductive rubber strip extends in a radial direction of the tire at a widthwise center region of the cap rubber portion, and is exposed to the tread surface to form a discharge path for allowing electrostatic charges of a vehicle body to be discharged to a road surface. An unvulcanized tread rubber for the tire is obtained by passing a high conductive unvulcanized rubber through a passage extending from an extruder unit to the back side of an extrusion orifice, to form at least part of the remaining potion of the tread rubber. The high conductive unvulcanized rubber while passing through the passage is partly introduced into a narrow branch passage and passed through a slit-like opening having a cross-sectional shape which is substantially straight in a height direction of the extrusion head and situated in the vicinity of the back side of the extrusion orifice, to form the narrow strip of the high conductive rubber in a composite body of different kinds of unvulcanized rubbers.

    摘要: A multiple-orifice extrusion manifold 10 is disclosed which includes a first housing 20 defining an outer chamber 170 and an extrusion wall 140. A plurality of orifices 80, adapted for extruding a first substance from the outer chamber 170, extend through the extrusion wall 140. An inlet pipe 40 is provided in the first housing 20 for flowing the first substance into the outer chamber 170. The inlet pipe 40 is located so as to permit flow of the first substance symmetrically within the outer chamber 170. A second housing 190 which defines an inner chamber 200 is provided within the first housing 20. The second housing 190 is located symmetrically within the outer chamber. A plurality of tubes 210 extend from the second housing 190. Each tube 210 has a first end 212 opening into the inner chamber 200 and a second open end 213 cooperatively aligned with an orifice 80 for extruding a second substance from the inner chamber 200 through the tube 210 and to within the first substance. Thus, each extrudate substance is flowed to an extrusion orifice 80 through a flow path, which is symmetrical with all other flow paths for that substance. The manifold housing 20 presents a right circular cylindrical outer surface 70 with the extrusion orifices 80 therein. The orifices 80 are equally spaced around the outer surface 70. Three blades 110 with a cylindrically rotating path about the cylindrical outer surface 70 are provided to cut a continuous extrusion at each orifice as the blade or blades pass the orifice. The blades 110 are mounted for rotation around the inlet pipe 40 which supplies an extrudable substance to the housing.

The multi-layer film has at least one layer of a RF-responsive material and an interior layer of non-RF responsive material. When the layers are subjected to RF energy, the RF-responsive layer heats the interior layers resulting in a bond in the form of a peelable seal between the interior layers. The peelable seal is capable of withstanding external pressures to the container, such as from dropping the container. The seal may be selectively opened to allow mixture of components contained therein.
