A receiver unit in a DC-AC converter device receives the power failure detection signal transmitted from the transmitter unit.

摘要: A vehicle includes one or more inverter-fed electric machines such as permanent magnet synchronous motors. A controller operates an inverter in either six-step mode or PWM mode depending upon motor speed, motor torque, and the inverter input voltage. A method of selecting the operating mode may determine a transition threshold based on the ratio of rotor speed to inverter input voltage, reducing the approximation error associated with multi-dimensional lookup tables. When the speed and voltage vary while maintaining a constant ratio and constant torque, the transition threshold does not change. Consequently, the controller remains in the same mode.

摘要: In a control apparatus for an alternating current (AC) motor, a control mode switching determiner compares a modulation rate with a modulation rate threshold, and selects between a synchronous control mode to perform synchronous control in a range where the modulation rate is equal to or greater than a modulation rate threshold and an asynchronous control mode to perform asynchronous control in a range where the modulation rate is less than the modulation rate threshold. The control mode switching determiner uses a different modulation rate threshold in a low rotational speed range and a high rotational speed range such that the modulation rate threshold in the low rotational speed range is greater than the modulation rate threshold in the high rotational speed range. A selector selects between outputting the synchronous pulse signal and outputting the asynchronous pulse signal.

摘要: A power conversion circuit is mounted in a vehicle and controls an output torque of the rotating machine based on a requested command torque. A driving apparatus of a switching element controls a current flowing to the rotating machine. The driving apparatus sets at least one of a turn-on speed and a turn-off speed for the switching element to a plurality of switching speeds that are discretely determined, based on a parameter that is correlated with the output torque and has a controllable value. The driving apparatus turns on or off the switching element at the switching speeds. The switching speeds are allocated to the respective magnitudes of the parameter at uneven intervals, and determined such that the number of allocated switching speeds is greater in a range in which an occurrence frequency of the parameter is high, compared to a range in which the occurrence frequency is low.
