摘要: A method for identifying candidate target cells within a biological fluid specimen includes a digital image of the biological fluid specimen with the digital image having a plurality of color channels, identifying first connected regions of pixels of a minimum first intensity in a first channel, identifying second connected regions of pixels of a minimum second intensity in a second channel, and determining first connected regions and second connected regions that spatially overlap. For a pair of a first connected region and a second connected region that spatially overlap, whether the second connected region overlaps the first connected region by a threshold amount is determined, and if the second connected region overlaps the first connected region by the threshold amount then the portion of the image corresponding to the overlap is continued to be treated as a candidate for classification.

摘要: A method for identifying and enumerating candidate target cells within a biological fluid specimen is described. The method includes obtaining a biological fluid specimen, preparing the biological fluid specimen by staining cell features in the biological fluid specimen, capturing a digital image having a plurality of color channels of the biological fluid specimen, and applying image analysis to the digital image. A computer program product for identifying candidate target cells within a biological fluid specimen is also described. The computer program comprises instructions to cause a processor to carry out the image analysis.

摘要: The invention relates to induced neoantigen vaccines and a method of using same to treat cancer by enhancing a patient's anti-cancer immunity. The method involves application of an induction radiation to the patient to generate an “in situ vaccine” in vivo, subsequent removal of the tumor, subjecting its cells to a survival pressure for further production of neoantigens in vitro, and processing of the cells to obtain a self-tumor vaccine. The invention provides comprehensive mobilization of individualized anti-cancer active immunity via sequential combination of means of cancer treatments (e.g., radiotherapy, surgery, chemotherapy). Another aspect of the invention relates to an immunoassay protocol to monitor parameters indicative of the cellular and humoral anti-cancer immunity of a patient.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a novel anti-CD147 antibody exhibiting potent antitumor efficacy and having excellent safety. Another object of the present invention is to provide a pharmaceutical product comprising such an antibody. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for treating tumors using the antibody or the pharmaceutical product, for example. The present invention provides a CD147-specific antibody that activates CD147 and exhibits high antitumor efficacy. The present invention provides the anti-CD147 antibody that exhibits high antitumor efficacy independent of effector functions. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising such an anti-CD147 antibody. The present invention provides a method for treating tumors using such an anti-CD147 antibody and/or pharmaceutical composition.
