    摘要: According to the present invention, a method for stably accumulating a target protein in plant cells or a plant body, and a transgenic plant in which protein has accumulated, are provided. The method of the present invention is a method for accumulating protein in plant cells, comprising accumulating a target protein or a protein deficient in an N-terminal region of the target protein in vacuoles of myrosin cells present in a multiple mutant, in which myrosin cells deficient in intravacuolar protein are also present in a plant body at locations other than around vascular bundles, by expressing a gene that encodes a target protein having an intracellular membrane system localization signal on the N-terminal and a vacuole localization signal on the C-terminal in the multiple mutant.

Processes for producing the broccoli components of the nutritional supplement are also provided. The broccoli components are treated separately using supercritical fluid extraction to remove oils. The temperature and pressure of the supercritical extraction processes are controlled to provide broccoli components having the desired properties for the nutritional supplement.

    摘要: A process for producing an essential oil. The essential oil can be white mustard essential oil. The white mustard essential oil can include a moisture sensitive isothiocyanate compound. The moisture sensitive isothiocyanate compound can be 4-HBITC. The essential oil can be produced from mustard seed, which can comprise a precursor sinalbin and myrosinase enzyme. The mustard seed can be reduced into a powder. Activation of the myrosinase enzyme by using a water solvent and a promoter to form a slurry can be performed, wherein the myrosinase enzyme catalyzes the production of an essential oil comprising an isothiocyanate from the sinalbin precursor.

    摘要: Disclosed are polynucleotides that encode a beta-glucosidase belonging to the plant protein class of family 1 glycoside hydrolases. Furthermore described are recombinant nucleic molecules and vectors containing these polynucleotides and host cells, preferably plant cells that are genetically engineered with these polynucleotides. In addition, transgenic plants are disclosed which show an increased activity of the beta-glucosidase described, preferably leading to an improved resistance against plant pathogens. In another aspect, the present application discloses screening methods for identifying a substrate for said betaglucosidase and methods for the production of plant protection compositions from such substrates or hydrolysis products thereof. Furthermore, methods and uses are disclosed which apply the polynucleotides encoding the beta-glucosidase described in order to improve resistance in plants against plant pathogens.
