    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). According to embodiments of the disclosure, an antenna module in a wireless communication system may include: a plurality of antenna elements; a first antenna substrate; a second antenna substrate; and a Printed Circuit Board (PCB). A first side of the first antenna substrate may be coupled to each of the plurality of antenna elements, and a second side of the first antenna substrate opposite to the first side of the first antenna substrate may be coupled to the PCB. A first side of the second antenna substrate may be coupled to each of the plurality of antenna elements, and a second side of the second antenna substrate opposite to the first side of the second antenna substrate may be coupled to the PCB. A face between the first side of the first antenna substrate and the second side of the first antenna substrate may face a face between the first side of the second antenna substrate and the second side of the second antenna substrate.

    Abstract: An integrated circuit device includes a conductive line including a metal layer and an insulation capping structure covering the conductive line. The first insulation capping structure includes a first insulation capping pattern that is adjacent to the metal layer in the insulation capping structure and has a first density, and a second insulation capping pattern spaced apart from the metal layer with the first insulation capping pattern therebetween and having a second density that is greater than the first density. In order to manufacture the integrated circuit device, the conductive line having a metal layer is formed on a substrate, a first insulation capping layer having the first density is formed directly on the metal layer, and a second insulation capping layer having the second density that is greater than the first density is formed on the first insulation capping layer.

The elastic structure may be disposed on a first surface of the PCB, a first surface of the first RF component including the opening section may be coupled to the first surface of the PCB, and the protrusion of the first RF component may come in contact with the elastic structure, thereby forming an electrical connection between the first RF component.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a communication technique, which is a convergence of IoT technology and 5G communication system for supporting higher data transmission rate than 4G system, and a system for same.     Abstract: A method for identifying radio signal transmission characteristics in a wireless communication system and an apparatus therefor are provided.
