    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a base station may configure multiple types of resources at a user equipment (UE) for interference management processing at the UE in examples in which the base station employs a non-linear precoding technique. The multiple types of resources configured by the base station may include a first resource type configured for measuring channel gain at the UE, a second resource type configured for measuring non-linear interference at the UE arising from lower-layer data streams, and a third resource type configured for measuring linear interference at the UE arising from higher-layer data streams. The base station may transmit one or more reference signals to the UE over each of the multiple resource types and the UE may determine both a non-linear interference measurement and a linear interference measurement based on receiving the reference signals.

    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to cross Component Carrier (CC) transmission are provided that assist in minimizing PAPR. A first wireless communications device repeats data across multiple CCs in order to increase coverage while maintaining power levels within approved limits. In order to reduce PAPR, a number of different methods and mechanisms may be used. Rate matching may be performed across the multiple CCs as though a single virtual BWP. Alternatively, each copy of the data on its separate CC may be modified differently in some way, such as by using different scrambling IDs or different redundancy versions. Additionally, when utilizing DFT-s-OFDM modulation, an alternative method is provided which may lower PAPR. The DFT method includes performing a DFT on the combined data, tone mapping to each of the carriers, and performing an IFFT for each carrier individually. Each IFFT may be different than the other.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a user equipment (UE) may be configured to transmit data to a network device using an unencoded signal that includes parameters for updating a local data model. The UE may receive a radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) to decode a resource allocation message that schedules uplink resources for the transmission of the parameters, where the RNTI may be a dedicated RNTI that is different from other RNTIs received by the UE. The UE may identify allocated resources as scheduled by the resource allocation message, and may apply analog modulation and pre-equalization parameters to a data block to form an unencoded uplink transmission that includes the model parameters. The UE may transmit the unencoded uplink message in accordance with an over-the-air computation procedure.

For example, a UE may receive a set of reference signals from a base station using one or more ports of the UE. In some cases, the UE may generate CSI based on receiving a configuration indicating the set of antenna ports. The UE may transmit, to the base station, a CSI report including the CSI information associated with the set of antenna ports and an indication of the associated antenna ports.     Abstract: The apparatus of wireless communication includes a UE and a base station. The base station may transmit, to the UE, a configuration for a plurality of PDCCH monitoring groups for monitoring different sets of search spaces. The plurality of PDCCH monitoring groups may include a first PDCCH monitoring group with a first number of PDCCH monitoring occasions and a second PDCCH monitoring group with a second number of PDCCH monitoring occasions different from the first number. The base station may determine which PDCCH monitoring group to send a PHCCH, and transmit the PDCCH to the UE. The UE may determine to monitor search spaces of the PDCCH monitoring group, and monitor search spaces corresponding to the PDCCH monitoring group. The UE may switch between the first and second PDCCH monitoring groups based on a condition or an indication from the base station.
