摘要: Two cooling functions are provided: one being reduction in operation speed of a CPU, and the other being rotation of a motor fan. The two cooling functions are selectively used in accordance with a cooling mode set by a user. When a "Quiet" mode is selected by the user, a mode giving a priority to low power consumption is set to make the battery operation time as long as possible. In this case, the motor fan is not rotated and only the CPU operation speed is lowered. On the other hand, when a "Performance" mode is selected by the user, a mode giving a priority to performance is set. In this case, the CPU operation speed is not lowered, and only the motor fan is rotated. The "Performance" mode and "Quiet" mode can be freely set by the user on a setup screen.

摘要: A cloth inspecting device on a loom for detecting abnormality in the cloth being produced has a light emitting and receiving assembly mounted within a sealed container with a transparent window facing the cloth. Drive means for the assembly is within the container and the assembly is mounted on a rail for movement along the length of the container across the width of the fabric. One or more filters are provided. A mirror is disposed opposite the container window with the cloth path therebetween. By placing the light emitting and receiving assembly in a sealed container the assembly as well as its driving mechanism is positively protected against interference by fly or dust during loom operation.

摘要: To provide a moving picture transcoding apparatus capable of suppressing deterioration of an image quality and capable of reducing a calculation amount required for transcoding an image, the moving picture transcoding apparatus which transcodes encoded moving picture data includes: a moving picture data producing unit for producing new moving picture data in which a specific frame of the encoded moving picture data is set as a head thereof; and a judging unit for judging whether or not a succeeding frame of the specific frame has been encoded by referring to a frame preceding the specific frame. Further, the moving picture data producing unit includes: a first frame transcoding process unit for transcoding the specific frame to a first frame which does not refer to another frame; and a succeeding frame transcoding process unit for again encoding a succeeding frame, which has been judged by the judging unit to refer to the frame preceding the specific frame, by referring to any one frame in a range from the succeeding frame judged by the judging unit to the specific frame.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for prediction of a film material such as a raw material for organic EL. In the method, a film material having an evaporation rate (V(%)) represented by the formula below can be predicted based on the values of the constant (Ko) and the activation energy (Ea). V=(Ko/P)×e−Ea/kT wherein Ko represents a constant (%·Torr), P represents a pressure (Torr), Ea represents an activation energy (eV), k represents a Boltzmann constant, and T represents an absolute temperature.

摘要: When a start recording instruction or an end recording instruction is transmitted from a terminal device, a DTMF detector (106) detects a DTMF signal and supplies the detection results to a control module (107). The control module (107) supplies the received start recording instruction or end recording instruction to an image data converter (105) and a switch (108). When a start recording instruction is received as input, the image data converter (105) converts the reception image data (103) to image data that have undergone intramode coding and supplies the result to the switch (108). The switch (108) supplies a storage device (110) with the image data that were supplied from image data converter (105) at the time that a start recording instruction is received as input, and supplies the storage device (110) with reception image data (103) from the time that recording has started until the input of an end recording instruction.

摘要: In an apparatus for film formation, constituted so that an organic EL molecular gas is ejected into an ejection vessel, a plurality of organic EL material vessels are provided together with a piping system for connecting the plurality of organic EL material vessels to the ejection vessel. The plurality of organic EL material vessels are selectively put into a supply state of organic EL molecules. The piping system is constructed so that the carrier gas is fed into each organic EL material vessel in such a manner that the pressure during film formation and the pressure during non-film formation are equal to each other. During non-film formation, the carrier gas is allowed to flow from one of the organic EL material vessels to other material vessel.

摘要: To provide a film forming apparatus capable of using an expensive organic EL raw material without waste and uniformly forming an organic EL film over a long period of time and a jig therefor.A plurality of ejection vessels are provided for a single raw material container section. A switcher is provided for carrying out switching from a piping system, which evaporates an organic EL raw material in the raw material container section and supplies it along with a carrier gas to one of the ejection vessels, to a piping system for another ejection vessel. In this manner, by supplying the organic EL raw material from the single raw material container section to the plurality of ejection vessels by switching, the use efficiency of the organic EL raw material can be improved.

摘要: Provided are an evaporating jig by which a thin film, especially an organic EL film, can be uniformly formed over a long time, and a film forming apparatus including the evaporating jig. The evaporating jig is provided with an evaporating pan, having a bottom plane and side planes arranged to stand from the bottom plane, for defining a material containing space opened inside the side planes; and partitioning plates for partitioning the material containing space into a plurality of partial spaces. The partitioning plates are provided with locking pieces having a height which permits the partial spaces to be continuous on a bottom plane side of the evaporating pan.
