Abstract: A method for managing link failure, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving a link failure report (LFR) for notifying that a link between user equipment and an base station of a second RAT has been disassociated; requesting an entity of a first RAT, which manages interworking between the first RAT and the second RAT, to switch a flow of downlink data for the user equipment, which is to be transmitted to the base station of the second RAT, to a base station of the first RAT; establishing a direct tunnel between the base station of the first RAT and the base station of the second RAT by using an identifier of the base station of the second RAT, which is included in the LFR of the user equipment; and relaying the downlink data for the user equipment, which has been buffered in the base station of the second RAT up to before the switch of the flow after the disassociation of the link, from the base station of the second RAT to the user equipment.

Abstract: Provided is a method for receiving system information by a terminal in a cloud wireless communication system including one or more baseband units (BBUs) and remote radio units (RRUs), the one or more RRUs being connected to a particular BBU among the BBUs to provide a direct service to the terminal via one or more cells. The method is characterized in that the terminal receives, from the network, an identifier that can understand whether there are any changes in the BBU, the RRU, and the cell, and through the received identifier understands whether there are one or more changes among the BBU, the RRU, and the cell, and selectively receives, from the network, the only system information required for any one among the BBU change, the RRU change, and the cell change.

The first control message includes basic CP zone resource information indicating resource information of the basic CP zone, and the second control message includes changed CP zone resource information indicating resource information of the changed CP zone.

Abstract: A wireless communication system is disclosed. Disclosed herein are methods for transmitting a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) signal in a wireless communication system, which includes setting transmit power for the PUCCH signal, and an apparatus thereof. If the PUCCH signal is transmitted on a subframe configured for a scheduling request (SR), the PUCCH signal includes one or more hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) bits and an SR bit. When determining the transmit power for the PUCCH, the SR bit is selectively considered depending on whether or not a transport block for an uplink shared channel (UL-SCH) is present in the subframe.

Abstract: A method for performing authentication by a base station with a terminal in a wireless communication system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving from a terminal a radio resource control (RRC) connection setup request message; determining, on the basis of the RRC connection setup request message, whether or not the terminal requested fast authentication; if the terminal requested fast authentication, transmitting an international mobile subscriber identity (IMSI) of the terminal to a mobility management entity (MME) before the RRC connection setup of the terminal is complete; and authenticating the terminal on the basis of the control of the MME, wherein, in the step for authenticating the terminal, non-access stratum (NAS) security setup and access stratum (AS) security key setup of the terminal are simultaneously performed.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for detecting an uplink synchronization signal in a wireless access system supporting a high-frequency band, a method for designing a detection filter for the same and an apparatus for supporting the same.
