    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for displaying resources. The method includes: presenting a first object set on a display device in a hierarchical manner of an application layer, a virtual layer, and a physical layer; and based on an input for a first object, prominently presenting, on the display device, an object having an association with the first object, where the first object belongs to the first object set. Using the method and the apparatus for displaying resources according to the embodiments of the present invention, when a fault occurs on a cloud computing network, a user can quickly locate a fault source and a related object, thereby improving efficiency of handling a cloud fault for the user.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for detecting an operating status of a node is provided. The method is as follows: selecting, from nodes of a transmission link established between a transmit end and a receive end, one node in the nodes as a to-be-detected node, and sending a detection instruction to the to-be-detected node; receiving a real-time control packet and a first quantity of IP data packets forwarded by the to-be-detected node, where the real-time control packet and the first quantity are returned by the to-be-detected node based on the detection instruction; determining, according to the real-time control packet, a second quantity of IP data packets that the to-be-detected node needs to bear; and obtaining a specified threshold and a quantity difference between the first quantity and the second quantity, and determining an operating status of the to-be-detected node according to the quantity difference and a value of the threshold.

The method includes: obtaining a first reference unit of an image unit, where respective predicted images are obtained for the image unit and the first reference unit by using a same affine model; obtaining motion information of basic motion compensation units at two or more preset positions in the first reference unit; and obtaining motion information of a basic motion compensation unit of the image unit according to the motion information.     Abstract: This application provides a radio resource determining method and apparatus. The method includes: selecting, by a terminal from candidate resources, a radio resource used for a proximity-based service; and sending report information to a first service server, where the report information is used to report that the terminal is to perform the proximity-based service by using the radio resource, and the first service server is a service server in a home network of the terminal. According to embodiments of the present invention, the terminal selects the radio resource used for performing the proximity-based service, so as to avoid a time loss caused by allocation of the radio resource to the terminal by a base station, thereby improving efficiency of performing the proximity-based service by the terminal.
