    Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and computer-readable media for causing an user equipment (UE) to connect to a non-public network (NPN) while meeting time and location requirements. In one aspect, a method includes receiving, by the UE and from a home public land mobile network (h-PLMN), a steering of roaming update providing a steering of roaming record. In one aspect, the UE, is configured based on the steering of roaming record, to connect to the non-public network (NPN) when a context of the UE meets time and location requirements. In one aspect, the method includes establishing, by the UE, a session with the NPN when the context of the UE meets the time and location requirements.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a comprehensive Route Selection Policy (URSP) based on Wi-Fi multi-link operation. In one aspect, a method includes identifying a user device connected to an enterprise network that provides network connectivity to user devices over multiple radio access technologies; receiving network capability information indicating that the user device is capable of a multi-link operation over a Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi network being one of the multiple radio access technologies; determining a URSP for the user device, wherein the URSP is a singular route selection policy for the user device to send and receive data over the multiple radio access technologies and defines, in part, a per-application traffic routing rule for routing a portion of traffic for an application used on the user device, over one of multiple links available on the Wi-Fi network; and transmitting the URSP to the user device.

    Abstract: A system and method for dynamic enablement of a RLC mode of a Data Radio Bearer (DRB) based on UE radiofrequency (RF) conditions. A threshold value for a network characteristic is provided to a gNodeB. Changes in the network characteristic correlates to changes in RF channel conditions of the UE. The trigger configures the gNodeB to identify when the network characteristic meets the threshold value for selectively controlling operation of the gNodeB at one of a plurality of different operation modes including an initial radio link control (RLC) mode based on the network characteristic. A Protocol Data Unit (PDU) session is established with the gNodeB operating in an initial RLC mode with the possibility to dynamically switch to a different RLC mode based on RF channel conditions.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for providing access prioritization to a private Long Term Evolution (LTE) network operating in a Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) spectrum include receiving, at a network device of the private Long Term Evolution (LTE) network, a functional group associated with a user equipment (UE) and a traffic load of a cell of the private LTE network associated with the UE. An access priority associated with the functional group and the traffic load is determined and provided to a CBRS access point (AP) which controls access to the cell. The access priority indicates to the CBRS AP a priority with which the UE is allowed to access the cell and can include a high priority, a low priority, or no access indication.

An example method can include associating, by an enterprise WLAN, a client device with the enterprise WLAN by assigning an enterprise WLAN identity to the client device, authenticating, by the enterprise WLAN, the client device, and generating, by the enterprise WLAN, a subscription policy for the client device.     Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for inter-network messaging among private and public 5G networks. For instance, a first server on a public 5G mobile network can receive a first message directed to a first wireless device associated with a first network identity. The first server can determine, based on the first network identity, that the first wireless device is associated with a second network identity, wherein the second network identity is used to identify the first wireless device on a private 5G mobile network. The first server can send a copy of the first message to a second server on the private 5G mobile network for transmission to the first wireless device through the private 5G mobile network based on the second network identity.

    Abstract: In one aspect, a method for enabling EPCS in a network includes receiving a request from a network device to establish a connection to the network, wherein the request indicates an emergency event and at least one user equipment associated with the emergency event; prioritizing, for the network device, access to the network based on the request in accordance with a resource allocation policy comprising a plurality of access levels associated with a plurality of EPCS groups; allocating network resources in accordance with the resource allocation policy to the network device, wherein the one or more network resources are configured to modify a set of attributes of the network device to grant the network device an increased priority related to the emergency event; and transmitting a message to the network device to indicate authorization for the network device to establish a connection with the network according to the increased priority.
