摘要: The present disclosure relates to a double air gap surface permanent magnet synchronous motor with non-magnetic solid, and particularly, to a double air gap surface permanent magnet synchronous motor with non-magnetic solid, which doubles structures of a rotor and a stator to improve torque performance and has high efficiency and a high power density that satisfy an international efficiency class IE5 of International Electro-technical Commission (IEC) and includes a non-magnetic solid that blocks magnetic fluxes from two permanent magnets so as not to offset mutually. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a double air gap surface permanent magnet synchronous motor with non-magnetic solid includes a first stator configured to include first protrusions formed on a first inner circumferential surface, a first rotor configured to include a first outer circumferential surface facing the first inner circumferential surface, first permanent magnets arranged on the first outer circumferential surface, a second rotor integrally connected to the first rotor to correspond to an inside of the first rotor and configured to include a second inner circumferential surface, second permanent magnets arranged on the second inner circumferential surface, a second stator configured to include second protrusions formed on a second outer circumferential surface formed to face the second inner circumferential surface, and a partition wall portion formed at a boundary between the first rotor and the second rotor.

摘要: A disk motor includes a stator and a rotor. Electromagnets of the stator are curved and simultaneously act on two permanent magnets of the rotor, which are positioned at an angle to one another. The rotor has a rotor disk, which includes a plurality of permanent magnets. The inner side of a tube section additionally includes a plurality of permanent magnets on the periphery of the rotor disk. This provides a disk motor with internally located rotors and externally located rotors.

摘要: A brushless electrical machine with permanent magnet excitation, designed for propulsion, in particular of boats, pumps, electric vehicles, for operation as a servomotor, etc. The brushless electrical machine provides increased power at significant reduction of the weight and the inertia moment of its rotor. The rotor (11) comprises an outer (12), intermediate (13) and inner (14) steel rings. The surface of the poles of the rotor (11) is formed by interconnected cut-out parts (15). In the rotor (11), above the permanent magnets (17) are formed elongated axial slots (20). By number of poles 2 p less than 16 and at a diameter of the rotor (11) greater than 0.15 m, the axial slots (16) are divided into two equal parts by a third radial rib (25) with maximum width 0.0025 m, which is located under the middle of the cut-out part (15) and is connecting the intermediate ring (13) to the outer ring (12).

摘要: Described is a rotor of an electric motor, having at least one half-shell which includes a hollow-cylindrical, radially inner region, a hollow-cylindrical, radially outer region, and a toroidal region which in the radial direction and in the circumferential direction extends between the radially inner region and the radially outer region. The toroidal region connects the radial regions to one another. The radially inner region is able to be co-rotationally connected to the electric motor. Additionally, the radially inner region, the radially outer region and the toroidal region are integrally embodied. The half-shell is reinforced by a separate component which is fixedly connected to the half-shell and comprises webs which extend between the radially inner region and the radially outer region. Furthermore proposed are a method for producing the rotor and a method for producing the half-shell of the rotor.

The robot device further includes a generator disposed in the elbow. The generator is configured to generate electrical power based on relative angular mechanical movement associated with the elbow. The robot device further includes an end effector configured to transport a substrate within a substrate processing system. The end effector is disposed at a distal end of the second link. The end effector is to receive the electrical power generated by the generator.

摘要: An electric machine including a shaft, a rotor back assembly surrounding a portion of the shaft, and two or more permanent magnets radially positioned around the perimeter of the rotor back assembly. The electric machine also includes a rotor fan with multiple fan blades formed in an exterior surface of the rotor back assembly and one or more ventilation channels extending through the rotor back assembly. Methods of exporting heat from an electric machine, wither from a machine housing or through the shaft is also disclosed. The heat exportation methods feature the circulation of a fluid with the rotor fan through the ventilation channels and into contact with the housing, or exporting heat from the rotor back assembly through the shaft.
