Abstract: A centrifugal blower includes a motor part having a rotor provided on a rotating shaft of an impeller, a coil provided around the rotor, and a motor housing that accommodates a coil, an inverter part having an inverter unit that supplies drive power to the motor part, and an inverter housing connected to the motor housing and configured to accommodate the inverter unit, and a cooling fan that is provided on the rotating shaft, rotates with the impeller and allows cooling air to flow through the inverter housing and the motor housing in order, wherein the inverter unit is disposed to be arranged with respect to the coil in a direction of a rotation axis of the rotor.

The housing forms a suction inlet to supply a refrigerant to the inner space, a discharge outlet to discharge the refrigerant from the inner space, and a return opening that is positioned lower than the protruding part of the rotating body in a vertical direction.

Abstract: A compressor including an impeller housing accommodating a first impeller configured to compress a fluid and a second impeller configured to further compress the fluid, and an interstage component forming, together with the impeller housing, an interstage passage that includes a curved passage. The curved passage is formed by an inner wall surface that is curved, and by an outer wall surface that is curved. A first wall surface selected from the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface is formed by the impeller housing, and a second wall surface selected from the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface is formed by the interstage component. A distance between the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface is constant along an entire length of the curved passage.
