Abstract: An electric water pump is configured to reduce an axial distance between a stator and a rotor. Since a separator of a stator casing is formed so as not to cover an upper surface of a stator, the axial thickness of the separator is reduced and the axial distance between the stator and the rotor is also reduced. The reduction in the axial distance allows a motor to have increased output and efficiency.

Abstract: A motor includes a connector detachably connected with an external cable and a resin sealing member which covers the connector. The connector includes a frame part into which a cable side connector is to be inserted and a step part on an outer peripheral face of the frame part. A shape of the step part when viewed in the inserting direction is a ring shape. The resin sealing member covers the connector from the front side and exposes an end face of the step part of the frame part and a portion of the frame part on the rear side to the step part end face to the outside, and an outer peripheral face of the resin sealing member is provided with an outer peripheral face portion which surrounds the frame part and is continuously connected with the step part end face without a step.

Abstract: An electric machine including a rotor shaft having an inner shaft core with a first composition and an outer shaft portion surrounding at least some of the inner shaft core. The outer shaft portion is fabricated from a material having a different composition than the inner shaft core. For example, the inner shaft core could be fabricated from a material having high thermal conductivity, such as copper, while the outer shaft portion is fabricated from a material with lesser thermal conductivity, but greater strength, for example steel. The two-material shaft with a highly thermally conductive core serves to conduct heat from the interior of the electric machine to the housing, or to an exterior apparatus or structure.

A space between the bottom face of the recessed part and the tube part is structured as a lubricant storage part and a communication path is provided between the bearing holding member and the bearing member.

Abstract: A permanent magnet synchronous motor with an integrated pump body and its preparation method are provided. The preparation method comprises: 1) performing an injection molding process for the first time on a coil, which is wound on a coil former, to form a coil sealing part for sealing the coil; 2) assembling an iron core in the sealed coil and performing the injection molding process for the second time on them to form a pump body part with a rotor barrel, wherein the rotor barrel is formed by conducting the injection molding process based on the iron core, and an isolating thin layer is formed at a polar arc part of the iron core to isolate the iron core from a rotor cavity in the rotor barrel. A good electromagnetic property of the motor is ensured and the water leakage problem is solved.
