Abstract: A pressing step of forming a press-formed product includes: a primary formed product forming step of forming a primary formed product having an intermediate wall portion which will be a part of a convex-side wall part, and an intermediate flange continuous with the intermediate wall portion; and a secondary formed product forming step of forming a secondary formed product having a wall part which will be the convex-side wall part by extending at least a portion, on the intermediate wall portion side, of the intermediate flange formed in the primary formed product forming step such that the portion is aligned with the intermediate wall portion. In the primary formed product forming step, the intermediate wall portion is formed such that a boundary valley line between the intermediate wall portion and the intermediate flange is deeper at a large-curvature section than at a small-curvature section.

Abstract: A method for identifying a variation factor portion of a springback amount, including: performing press forming analysis under first press forming conditions, and calculating a residual stress distribution in a press formed part; performing springback analysis on the press formed part, and calculating a first springback amount; performing press forming analysis under second press forming conditions, and calculating a residual stress distribution in the press formed part; replacing a value of residual stress in a partial area of the residual stress distribution; performing springback analysis on the press formed part for which the value of the residual stress has been replaced, and calculating a second springback amount; obtaining a difference between the second springback amount and the first springback amount; and identifying a portion in the press formed part that is a factor for variation in springback amount of the press formed part based on the obtained difference.

The method includes: preparing a first sheet and a second sheet having different upper austenite transformation temperatures (A3 temperatures); welding the first sheet and the second sheet using a TWB method to prepare a welded sheet obtained as a result of the first sheet and the second sheet being welded to each other via a weld portion; and hot-stamping the welded sheet heated within a temperature range between an A3 temperature of the first sheet and an A3 temperature of the second sheet.

Abstract: An aspect of the present invention relates to a cold-rolled steel plate for hot forming, which is excellent in corrosion-resistance and spot-weldability, contains, by weight %, C: 0.1-0.4%, Si: 0.5-2.0%, Mn: 0.01-4.0%, Al: 0.001-0.4%, P: 0.001-0.05%, S: 0.0001-0.02%, Cr: 0.5% to less than 3.0%, N: 0.001-0.02%, and a balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, satisfying formula (1) below, and includes an Si amorphous oxidation layer continuously or discontinuously formed at a thickness of 1 nm-100 nm on the surface thereof.
