    Abstract: The LC filter includes a first AC reactor having a first core and a first coil whose terminal is connected to an AC power source, a second AC reactor having a second core and a second coil whose terminal is connected to a power convertor which converts AC to DC, a capacitor, a casing to house these components, a cooling air introduction portion which introduces cooling air into the casing, and a cooling air discharge portion which discharges the cooling air from the casing in a predetermined direction. The second AC reactor is positioned so as to provide a second gap between the outer periphery of the second coil and the casing, and so that the axial direction of the second coil coincides with the flow direction of the cooling air flowing along the second gap.

    Abstract: An electronic equipment cabinet structure includes a frame having a plurality of vertical support posts and a plurality of cross members that connect the support posts together. In one aspect, the cabinet structure further includes at least one caster plate connected to one of the plurality of cross members, wherein the caster plate includes a C-shaped portion to fittingly correspond with the cross member to which it is connected, thereby providing rigidity to the frame. In another aspect, the cabinet structure further includes at least one bracket having a base and two sides extending in the same direction away from the base, the edges of the two sides being connected to one of the cross members and the base being connected to one of the vertical support posts. In still another aspect, the cabinet structure further includes at least one bracket connected to one of the vertical support posts, wherein the bracket includes a first embossed portion nested within a corresponding second embossed portion on the vertical support post to which the bracket is connected.

    Abstract: An improved shielding cage assembly that utilizes air guides is disclosed. The shielding cage has a hollow interior configured to receive an electronic module therein which generates heat during operation. An air guide member is provided that defines an entry for surrounding air to enter the shielding cage interior and circulate around the electronic module. A thermal transfer member is provided that defines at least one exit passage for the air in the interior of the shielding cage to exit.
