The pitting and general corrosion inhibitor is a mixture of water-soluble nitrate and water-soluble metasilicate, the combination of which exhibits a pronounced synergistic effect in providing excellent pitting and general corrosion resistance for aluminum exposed to aqueous environments.

To provide a steel wire rod having a lubricating coating, which can achieve both corrosion resistance such as long-term rust prevention property, and excellent appearance after heading.The steel wire rod of the present disclosure includes a lubricating coating on a surface thereof, wherein the lubricating coating includes silicon (A), tungsten (B) and an alkali metal salt of fatty acid (C), a dry mass ratio of (B)/(A) is in a range of 1.3 to 18 and a dry mass ratio of (C)/{(A)+(B)} is in a range of 0.14 to 2.0, and the lubricating coating contains no phosphorus.

A phosphorus-free corrosion and scale inhibitor used in circulating cooling water of central air conditioning is provided, which contains tourmaline, green corrosion and scale inhibitor, zinc salt and the like, wherein the content of the tourmaline is 5-500 g/t (calculated based on solid form); the content of the green corrosion and scale inhibitor is 5-50 g/t (calculated based on liquid form); and the content of the zinc salt is 0.2-0.8 g/t (calculated based on solid form), wherein the tourmaline includes dravite, schorlite, elbaite, manganese tourmaline, uvite or the like. The green corrosion and scale inhibitor contains any one, or two or three of polyaspartic acid, polyepoxysuccinic acid and polymaleic acid. Copper corrosion can be effectively inhibited by adding 0.2-2 g/t of benzotriazole (calculated based on solid form) into copper-containing devices. Also disclosed is a method of preparing the phosphorous-free corrosion and scale inhibitor used in circulating cooling water of central air conditioning.

The corrosion inhibiting compositions may be used to maintain effective amounts of (1) an amino acid-based polymer, such as a polyaspartic acid compound, and (2) a dispersible and/or soluble tin compound in the aqueous system. The corrosion inhibiting compositions include the amino acid-based polymer and a dispersible and/or soluble tin compound and may optionally include a polycarboxylic acid chelating agent and/or a carboxylate/sulfonate functional copolymer.

A chemical solution injection system 30 of an embodiment includes: a chemical solution reservoir 31 that stores a chemical solution containing a depositing substance to deposit to a member in contact with cooling water for absorbing heat in a plant; a pipe 32 through which the chemical solution passes; a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger that exchange heat between the cooling water and the chemical solution; a cooling water pipe 49 which connects the heat exchangers in series and in which the cooling water passes; and a pump 34 that conveys the chemical solution. The temperature of the chemical solution in the chemical solution reservoir 31 is lower than that of the cooling water. The pipe 32 sequentially connects the chemical solution reservoir 31, the first heat exchanger, the second heat exchanger and the plant. The cooling water guided from the inside of the plant passes through the second heat exchanger and subsequently passes through the first heat exchanger. The chemical solution passes through the first heat exchanger and subsequently passes through the second heat exchanger.
