摘要： An appliqué for adoring a bicycle wheel rim comprises a series of arced members bearing adhesive on one side, each adapted to partially cover a portion of the wheel rim. The arced members may be reflective, phosphorescent, or may have customized and customizable designs incorporated thereon. The arced members have complimentary ends such that when alighted end-to-end they cover the entire bicycle rim. To apply the arced members, a user first peels off a backer paper to expose the adhesive side of the arced member, applies the arced member to a wheel rim, then uses a smoothing tool to remove any bubbles, subsequent arced members are applied in a similar manner to cover the wheel rim.

The front ring has a series of decorative apertures formed therein. A spinning ring is rotatably mounted within said cavity. Various visual effects are produced by providing on the surface of the spinning ring facing the front ring of said housing at least one section of a contrasting color to the remainder of the surface. When the spinning ring rotates the colors show through said apertures during rotation of the spinning ring. The spinning device is attached to the front of a vehicle wheel in a manner that the housing rotates with the wheel and the spinning ring rotates separately from the rotation of the housing and continues to rotate for a time after the wheel stops rotating.

摘要： A bidirectional lighting device for a rim includes a casing, a light-emitting module, a reflecting element, and a power supply unit. The casing includes a lower base and an upper cover both provided with a transparent region respectively. The light-emitting module is received in the casing and has light-emitting diodes arranged in a strip. The reflecting element is mounted in the casing to correspond to the transparent regions. The reflecting element has a first reflecting surface and a second reflecting surface both located on one side of the light-emitting diodes. The light generated by the light-emitting diodes is reflected by the first and second reflecting surfaces to exit the transparent regions. The power supply unit is received in the casing to be electrically connected with the light-emitting module. Thus, the light of the light-emitting diodes can be emitted out of the casing in two directions.

The second disc is located between the first disc and a flange of the narrow flange hub. The independently rotating means connects to the second disc and the narrow flange hub, such that the independently rotating means allows the second disc to rotate in a single direction at a velocity independent of the wheel velocity after maximum velocity of the wheel has been attained.
