    Abstract: An electronic device includes a housing, at least one antenna located in the housing, a Wi-Fi module that is electrically connected with the at least one antenna, supports a Wi-Fi protocol, and includes one core, a processor that is located in the housing and is operatively connected with the Wi-Fi module, and a memory operatively connected with the processor. The memory stores instructions, when executed, causing the processor to establish a Wi-Fi link on a first channel with an access point (AP), through the Wi-Fi module, establish a mobile hotspot link on the first channel with an external electronic device, through the Wi-Fi module, detect an event associated with a change in state of the Wi-Fi link, and change a state of the mobile hotspot link, based at least on the detected event.

    Abstract: An electronic device for providing a tethering service in a wireless communication system and a method thereof are provided. The electronic device includes a wireless communication module, and at least one processor operatively coupled to the wireless communication module. The at least one processor may be configured to establish a tethering connection between the electronic device and an external electronic device through the wireless communication module, obtain at least one piece of information related to an Internet connection of at least one application executable in the external electronic device, select a backbone network for a specified application among the at least one application executable in the external electronic device based on the at least one piece of information, map a tethering connection for the specified application to the selected backbone network, and transmit data received from the specified application of the external electronic device to the mapped backbone network.

    Abstract: In a method of operating a storage device including a plurality of storage regions, a first request is received. The first request is for a cryptographic erasure with respect to a first storage region. During a first time interval, a first encryption key corresponding to the first storage region is changed based on the first request. A second request is received. In response to receiving the second request within the first time interval, a region access signal is outputted. In response to determining, based on the region access signal, that the second request is associated with the first storage region, an execution of the second request is held. In response to determining, based on the region access signal, that the second request is associated with a second storage region among the plurality of storage regions, the second request is executed.

    Abstract: A diffusion lens includes a first lens surface having a concave curved shape such that light generated from a light source is incident on the first lens surface, a second lens surface having a convex curved shape such that part of the light incident on the first lens surface is output from the second lens surface, a side surface extending from a periphery of the second lens surface in a vertical direction of the diffusion lens such that part of the rest of the light incident on the first lens surface is output from the side surface, and a bottom surface extending from a periphery of the first lens surface in a horizontal direction of the diffusion lens to meet a periphery of the side surface. Rates of change of the first lens surface and the second lens surface have the same sign, and a pattern in which arbitrary shapes are irregularly disposed or a pattern in which specified shapes are regularly or irregularly disposed is formed on the side surface and the bottom surface to diffuse the light passing through the side surface and diffuse the light reflected by the bottom surface. Besides, it may be permissible to prepare various other embodiments speculated through the specification.
