    Abstract: Provided is a display apparatus including a display element including a light-emitter emitting light, a first refractive layer disposed over the display element, and a second refractive layer covering the first refractive layer, wherein an edge of the light-emitter includes a first light-emitting edge extending in a first direction, an edge of the first refractive layer includes a first refractive edge corresponding to the first light-emitting edge, wherein the first refractive edge includes a first portion forming a first angle with the first light-emitting edge on a plane, and a second portion forming a second angle greater than the first angle with the first light-emitting edge on the plane.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel divided into a display area and a non-display area, and an input sensing unit disposed on the display panel and divided into an active area and a non-active area. The input sensing unit includes a plurality of sensing electrodes overlapping the active area and including a plurality of first sensing electrodes extending in a first direction, and a plurality of second sensing electrodes extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, a plurality of first trace lines respectively connected to the plurality of first sensing electrodes and including an inside portion overlapping the active area, and a dummy electrode unit overlapping the inside portion in the first direction. The dummy electrode unit is adjacent to the plurality of sensing electrodes in the second direction and does not overlap the plurality of sensing electrodes in the first direction.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a display apparatus includes: forming first patterns of a semiconductor material on a base layer; forming a first insulating layer covering the first patterns; forming second patterns of a conductive material on the first insulating layer; removing at least a portion of at least one of the second patterns; and forming a second insulating layer on the second patterns. Each of the second patterns includes a first layer and a second layer disposed on the first layer, the first patterns include a semiconductor pattern, the second patterns include a control electrode pattern overlapping with the semiconductor pattern in a plan view and a sensing electrode pattern, the second layer of the control electrode pattern fully covers the first layer of the control electrode pattern, and the second layer of the sensing electrode pattern is partially removed in the removing of the at least a portion to partially cover the first layer of the sensing electrode pattern.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a base layer including a first area and a second area. At least one inorganic layer disposed on the base layer overlaps the first area and the second area. The at least one inorganic layer comprises a lower opening. A first thin-film transistor is disposed on the at least one inorganic layer. The first thin-film transistor includes a silicon semiconductor pattern. A second thin-film transistor is disposed on the at least one inorganic layer. The second thin-film transistor includes an oxide semiconductor pattern. A plurality of insulation layers overlap the first area and the second area. An upper opening extends from the lower opening. A signal line is electrically connected to the second thin-film transistor. An organic layer is disposed in the lower opening and the upper opening. A light emitting element is disposed on the organic layer.
